“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”
“Giving this five stars because of the customer service of Erika. She was really fantastic. She knew what she was doing, and she did it with a smile which was really refreshing after having dealt with exactly the opposite multiple times at the Hadley post office. I will only be going to the Easthampton post office from now on if possible.”
“The best ever the service the people and the most historical building. We hope this post office in downtown Amherst will last forever. It does bring out lots of town of Amherst style. we love Miss Nancy, always kind, thoughtful and the best customer service ever. Thank you!”
“Idk where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I sent multiple packages a week and the staff are always lovely to me. Even when I had a false delivery, the kind man in the back spoke to me on the phone, talked me through it. Called me back AND explained everything to me in person. Weird. Love this place.”
“If stamp collecting is your thing, than this is the post office for you! They have an excellent selection of current stamps, and a decent group of slightly older stamps. If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”
“I'm surprised by the bad reviews posted here. Every time I go, I find the employees to be considerate, fast-paced and very friendly. I've never had an issue with this branch!”
“I visited the Northampton Post Office earlier today.I was really happy with how quickly the package pick-up process went as well as the a availability of other postal products like stamps and envelopes.”
