Today at 7:12 PM idk who that lady is that was working. but she’s very rude. No eye contact putting my money/ID on the counter instead of back in my hand. It’s very rude and disrespectful. I worked in retail/customer service for years. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. Everytime i go in this store one of ur workers are being rude. Fire them!!!!! get someone who wants to work and enjoy there time being there. Instead of having a stank face and attitude. You’re supposed to great the customer at pride. She never does. If i could have 0 stars i would.

I usually have no qualms with Pride station. It’s clean , it’s convenient and sometimes the cashiers are even pleasant .
My complaint is that they’re just as dishonest as the other companies these days and that doesn’t sit right with me .
Donuts are $1.39 each
Promo sale is BUY A DONUT, get one for $1 that’s $2.39 in correct math speak since it’s food and non taxable ,correct ?
So how does that add up to $2.97?
It doesn’t ! The cashier had no answer for me , and stared at me like I asked for the square root of something .
I didn’t get the difference back because I felt so bad at how confused she was , I just left shaking my head .
Come on PRIDE! you can do better !

Always very clean, Trash is always taken out and handled. Good customer service very friendly and dont make you feel rushed to get you out the door. New pumping stations with clear descriptions of each type of gas (no longer just giving a row of the number for the gas without knowing what is what). Good variety of snacks, drinks food and other options. Handicapped parking, on the first floor with no extra lip at the door to make it difficult for walkers or wheelchairs to go over. They also have a small car vacuum station as well. The other reason I can keep going back to them is they are compatible with the GasBuddy app which I use, which helps me save more on my gas.

Worker closed the door thirty minutes early. Change your hours and post a sign if you gotta close shop early. Not impressed.

When to the pride today and immediately felt that they had no heat in the store. I work outside and felt in going in. The employees told me its been that way for weeks. What is the reason for no heat? Is the building owner a slum lord? Employees were great but fix the heat loser,i bet you have heat in your house

Fast, efficient, friendly customer service here! Large store with quite a variety of different items including gas, lottery, tobacco, snacks, hot & iced coffee, cold beverages. Public restrooms available for customers. Just ask & they'll buzz you in! Cheap prices. Never a negative experience here.

I've had very good experiences here. I started an account which allows me to fill the tank using my iPhone and having the amount deducted through my bank. Apparently I should be getting somewhat of a discount which hasn't been made clear to me yet but I imagine I'll be hearing soon. In the meanwhile, as a result of having purchased a certain amont of gas, I was entitled to some free packaged food. In addition, On a couple of occasions, I had technical questions regarding the use of my iPhone and the clerks have alway been very pleasant and have helped me complete the transactions.
