On vacation I stopped into the local Staples for a long HDMI cable and injket cartridges. The clerk saw I was walking with a therapeutic boot, and fetched them for me so I only had to go to the register to pay for them.

Very nice store, well stocked. Plenty of parking. Customer service excellent. Colin was very knowledgeable about home printers and helped me a lot in making my decision.

I have used the self service print multiple times and know that it doesn't take tap to pay, when I asked to pay, who I can only assume is the manager of the print section seemed to be annoyed that I didn't know I had to send the document first. He should be treating everyone like it's there first time and not be so short for people confused or new to the way it's done. I have used the printers there atleast 8 times and always had a friendly experience with the staff that works there. The manager is the one this is for. Try not to be short with customers....

This store is convenient to me - & I always find the staff to be very helpful. When I can't remember the number for the ink cartridge I want, staff can look up what I bought the last time.

Very friendly and courteous staff at the Hadley, MA store. The layout of the store is being changed again and I couldn't find what I was looking for. The very efficient staff was very pleased to help me and I appreciated that. I look forward to going back.
