Brian was very responsive and easy to deal with. Once we focused on a vehicle he really pushed the process forward for me which I appreciated because I was in a hurry. They were willing to negotiate a little, and these days you can’t always be sure of that! Lisa in the business office was kind, clear, and super efficient. Overall a good experience. My first stop in the future.

After a rough interaction at another dealership uo the road my mother, sister and went to Steve Lewis and spoke with Brian Kane. I could not recommend a dealership or salesman better than this! Brian was patient, smart, and kind and he was happy to go out of his way for us. We had a lot of complications and Brian was patient and helpful with the entire process

I recently bought a 2023 Subaru Forester sport from Steve Lewis subaru and I couldn’t be happier. Brian Kane from sales helped me with my purchase and he couldn’t have made it easier. Brian did an excellent job answering any and all questions I had and giving me all the time I needed to make the right decision for me. I would definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru and Brian Kane if your looking to get a new car.

We feel much more comfortable going to Steve Lewis Subaru than some of our local Subaru dealers. Vincent our Sales Rep took the time to explain all the various trim and package levels as well as all the options to order or place a deposit on inventory coming in. We took a nice test ride in the exact model we were looking for and reviewed the features of the car. He also had the patience to understand our timeline and valued us as a customer for later in the year rather than trying to push to obtain a sale that day as other dealers do causing me to not to return to them. We will be buying a car from Steve Lewis Subaru later in the year, as our financial plans that take priority come together. Its a much more pleasant experience at Steve Lewis than some other dealers I wont mention. Thanks Vincent, Appreciated your time and efforts.

My experience with the staff/company of Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley MA. was an overall effortless and enjoyable process. From the moment I walked into the door, my sales consultant Vincent Zanetti was very helpful and personable. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle (though I had checked out other dealerships before I visited Steve Lewis Subaru) and Vince didn’t waste his time trying to oversell me a vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he did a great job facilitating just that. I got the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport of my dreams and I have Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley MA to thank! Would certainly recommend any and all Subaru enthusiasts to come check them out, you will not be let down!

If you are in the market for a Subaru and live in Western Massachusetts, you should definitely go to Steve Lewis Subaru. We just purchased our second vehicle in three years from them. They are friendly, knowledgable, and fair. They are willing to work with you to get the car that best fits your budget and lifestyle. Our sales person, Jason, and the sales manager, Joe, who helped us with our most recent purchase were great. The process was transparent, painless, and dare I say - pleasant?We are lifelong Subaru owners and used to go to a dealership closer to our home, but the folks at Steve Lewis have won us over. I am pretty confident they'll do the same for you.

I had a great time working with Vince! Working full time, it's hard to have a few seconds to myself, but he was more than willing to communicate in a way that fit into my busy schedule. From taking a test drive to waiting for financing approval, the process was simple and efficient, and I didn't feel rushed or out of my depth. If you're interested in a fairly priced used car that won't break down a month after you buy it (and a friendly and accommodating car dealer) I'd definitely recommend Vince at Steve Lewis Subaru!

My son and I went to Steve Lewis Subaru to test drive a Crosstrek for him. We liked the car so much we put a deposit down. Our salesman, Tyler Debay-Martin was fabulous and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Lisa in finance was incredibly helpful as well. We couldn't be happier.

I've been with this dealership since 2018, used to get great service, since Balise has taken over in March, service has gone off the deep end. People waiting for over 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change done, when it used to take 1/2 hour. Staff has left in droves and they seem to have a severe lack of rentals when your car needs service over 24 hours. Never used to be the case. I could go on....Remaining Staff is apologetic, but I've given them too many chances to "work out their kinks". It seems like Balise is trying to sabotage this business. So sad. I can't in good conscience recommend them anymore...

My experiences at Steve Lewis Subaru have been nothing less than exceptional. Tyler has been the best. He has gone above and beyond time and time again for me and my 2023 Subaru Outback. From test driving (and taking several days and several test drives to decide on a model) to fixing the tiniest of scratches for me months after receiving my car- he has been nothing but helpful, reliable, and professional.I would recommend Steve Lewis Subaru and Tyler to anyone and everyone!

As a first time Subaru owner, I bought my 2015 Impreza Sedan pre-owned, so I had no clue what the previous owner did maintenance wise on the vehicle. The guys at Steve Lewis pointed me in the right direction. Brandon Axton was my service advisor and I'll tell you what, he was amazing. He got my car in, gave my family and I a loaner vehicle for the time being till my vehicle was finished with the remainder of the maintenance my vehicle needed. This was my first time there and everyone there including him was friendly, and incredible. An incredible experience and I will be going there again and again! Thank you Steve Lewis!!

I feel frustrated with the service department. Apparently they are not offering express oil changes due to staffing issues. That I understand. What is frustrating is with was not communicated well to existing customers. I was told I should have checked the website before coming. Having purchased my car there and having the car serviced there for 3 years I would hope for better communication. It created a real inconvenience to not know about this change.

This is our 4th car have gotten with Steve Lewis.. while we were not in the market to buy our 3rd Subaru was having issues with that car. Joe and rich went ABOVE and beyond to make sure we stayed a Subaru family. I could not be more pleased or happy with Steve Lewis. We are looking forward to many safe miles on our 2023 Subaru Ascent!

I have wanted to like coming to this dealership (everyone is very nice), but I just haven't had luck with my experiences. First, since they don't allow appointments for oil changes, I had to wait 2 hours for my oil change to be completed causing me to miss work. Perhaps this works for some people who don't like to plan in advance and can just pop in for an oil change, but for me it isn't ideal. Today was the final straw for me, I had brought the car in for a recall repair and asked them to look at two issues, a previous issue that they hadn't been able to reproduce (intermittent usb plug disconnection) and an ongoing issue I hadn't realized was an issue until I saw another car had that feature working (some dash lights not lighting up). I was informed that these checks would be covered as long as a mouse hadn't chewed through the wires. I signed the paper - and then went to talk to the parts folks about a part I had misplaced and was looking to buy. I was basically told that that part doesn't exist and there's no way that I would have gotten it. And there was no way that the part that another Subaru dealer had installed existed - which I knew wasn't true. I was trying to give them money! Then, when the two issues had been looked at, I was told that the usb couldn't be diagnosed again, and that the lights were because a fuse "had been moved" to the wrong slot. I was charged $150 to diagnose because these were not covered under the warranty. No mouse chewing the wires, and yet here I was still needing to pay. You should just assume you'll have to pay the $150 if you bring in the car for them to check anything, since it seems like nothing is really covered under warranty (even the car coming with fuses in the wrong place!) Someone else in the waiting room was charged this fee and put up enough of a fuss and had the fee waived - I apparently am too nice to get out of having to pay the $150. This will be my last visit here, I think these dealerships are set-up to fail from Subaru and, as a result, end up having to wring money out of unsuspecting customers.
