I’ve shopped at this Target for over 20 years. Sadly, in the past few years it’s started to become a dump. It seems severely understaffed because there are always carts blocking entire aisles with merchandise. Waits at self checkout (if it’s working) are very long as well as at customer service some days. Checkout lines are crazy during busy times. On one of my recent visits there was even a panhandler going around the store. Whoever is managing this store needs to get their act together. Its become depressing to go there.

I would waste your time calling the store for any info because they will not answer the phones no matter what department you call, even the pharmacy didnt answer.

If I could leave 0 I would. Called about 11 times for a lost item and no department is picking up the phone. Not HR not Guest Services…. This place definitely need to be closed down if they don’t even have people working.

Wish this target would be better with their customer service. I hate to be the person to say this about the location. It used to he very good and workers would help me but lately it's been the worst in customer service. And I hardly am one to ever post a review but here I am posting one.
Went in today to find an album I was gonna buy but walked out after having another worst experience. I had to ask the front desk cause no one in the section was around to help me and she told me to order it to pick up instead but I was only asking if it was possible for her to check if they had a copy in the back but nope. She wasnt to helpful and I understand they might not want to or it's not the person's area but I expect to atleast get some help with what I'm looking for.
Lately the times I've gone in to try and get something I'm looking for have been the times I hate it the most. Only one time had a worker truly helped me even if it wasnt the person's department. That was months ago. All the other times recently i'm told to find someone from the department the section is in when no worker is in that section at the time.Which is why I have to go find another worker. I'm only ever trying to see if they can check the back to see if whatever I'm looking for could be in the back if not on the shelf.

This has nothing to do with my experience at the store. It has to do with the survey. You EMAILED me asking me to fill out the survey so why at the end of the survey do I need to give you my email address, which you already have & already used???

While the store is clean, and the prices are comparable to everywhere else, I do not like going to this target, the racists and bigots make me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I try not to go to the store.

I am always satisfied when I visit Target! It is always clean and well stocked with very helpful customer service representatives. And if l need any assistance they are always willing to help. I look forward to visiting Target anytime I need something, my go to store for everything!

As others mentioned, the self check out is always closed. I thought I could save some time by shopping in the early AM, but nope, I ended up waiting in line for quite a long time as only two cashiers were available. Goods are always mislabeled or misplaced, if not smashed. A very disorganized store.

This target location has been getting worse and worse. Ghram at customer service is terrible and will lie to your face. He does not value people or customers based on my two interactions with him. Plus they say the app is wrong and not to use it but they use it when I ask about an inventory question. The store manager Brie is doing her best.
