Just bought a brand new 2025 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek Edition and couldn’t be happier with both the car and the experience! Shane was the absolute best throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable about the Rogue and all its features.
He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without any pressure, he even showed me how to set up face-ID on my iPhone because I’m an old lady, Shane genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to make sure you drive away feeling confident and excited.

Truck has been in 4 times now including a battery replacement which I was assured would fix the electrical issue and the electrical system failed again. Corporate has not called me back and Country Nissan has not helped me. Total frustration.

Our experience started with Hunter in Online Sales, who could not have been more customer service oriented. His patience, calm demeanor, and customer centered approach made us want to do business with this Volvo dealership and Hunter directly! We had the opportunity to work with Carla, the owner, who was straightforward, genuine and a joy to work with. The sales team was inviting and friendly as was the service team. All in all this has been a great experience. Thank you!

Do not ever do business with this dealership! I came in to look at a car and sign the preliminary paperwork on December 22nd. I signed the paperwork for the car on January 1st. It was not until today, January 25th that they said the title to the car actually came in and they could finish the process of registration and inspection. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Mass state law says that a car has to be titled within 10 days of the purchase. They refuse to even acknowledge wrongdoing or helping make it right. My original sales person in the original business manager I dealt with in December we're both fired earlier this month. Go figure.

Had an appointment to look at a used car listed for ~16000, on the way there happened to look at the listing again and they had jacked up the price to over 19k right before we got there. We called to double check and they denied the lower price was ever listed. Once we made it clear we werent coming they "realized their mistake" and that they would honor the original price. Super sketchy, definitely avoid these guys

I recently purchased two vehicles from Country Nissan. I live in Vermont and everything was done remotely. It was far easier than I thought it would be and everything came together as promised. I was given a generous trade on a 2009 pickup and I’ve been more than pleased with my new Titan and NV200. Rob, Natasha and Josh were very patient and I would highly recommend them.

We recently bought a Volvo XC90 in mid March. Initially our experience was a good one. Our salesman was very nice and they gave us a fair trade on a Volvo xc40 that had an extended warranty still on it. We were misled into believing that we would lose the value still left on the warranty unless we rolled it into another warranty on the new car. We decided to sign up for a new warranty thinking we could just take the value that was left and pay the difference. Nope! We had to pay for the whole thing and we were told the warranty company would send us a refund in 4-6 weeks for the first warranty. When we got home we called the warranty company and they told us we would not lose the value of the old warranty and could just be issued a refund. So we immediately called pioneer Volvo and told them to cancel the warranty. But because we paid with a debit card and not a credit card they told us they would have to issue a check which would be mailed within the week. After numerous phone calls and emails with a response that “our check is in the mail” we still haven’t received a refund on either policy. Come to find out, they never cancelled the first warranty and they still have not issued us a refund on the new warranty. It’s been 4 months! So basically we are paying for a warranty we no longer own and have paid for a warranty we never received. We have had to file a complaint with the Mass Attorney Generals office in an attempt to get our $9k back. I never leave negative reviews but this place uses deceitful tactics and are dishonest to their customers. Buy your car elsewhere!

We have been trying to get answers from cancelling our extra protection policy since April. It was $1,900 which is added to our auto loan so we are paying interest on money that should have been paid to our auto loan company. The sales manager has not responded to our emails since May 13. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. 2 months later nothing!

I’ve been noticing the poor customer service lately in stores, restaurant, etc.so when I took my car to Tommy’s yesterday, and received the same awesome service that I have for the past 15 years, I thought it would be nice to write a positive review for a change. They do know me as a customer at Tommy’s and that may have impacted what happened yesterday, but for the past 15 years I have found them to be friendly, polite and helpful; not to mention their work is top notch. Yesterday I called and asked if I could pop in because my car had been intermittently making a noise and it was making it at the time. Tommy came out and hopped in my car, I didn’t want to turn the car off as the sound often stopped after I stopped. Tommy was able to quickly identify the problem and although they appeared to be very busy, and probably because it was a fairly quick fix, (15-20 minutes) he did it on the spot. In 15 years, taking multiple cars in for inspections and routine maintenance I’ve never had a problem with anyone there, they are professional and knowledgeable.
