Picked up and returned a U-Haul truck here for an in-town move last week, and the person who works here was amazingly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for us -- amazing customer service!!! It was the best part of our move!

We booked a truck for 8AM. We didn’t know the place wasn’t opened until 8:30AM and that we needed to check in online. Showed up at around 8:15 to get the truck and there was a man there cleaning the trucks. We didn’t approach him first, he came to ask us if he could help us. We said yes, we booked a truck for 8AM. He was incredibly rude and kept scoffing and acting dismissive of us. He said “I’m not even supposed to be here right now. You have to do it online.” Could have just left it at that for us to do, but then kept scoffing and acting like we were a huge inconvenience for being there to collect the truck we rented. Offered to let us come in the office so he could check us in but he was so rude and unwelcoming. He didn’t end up helping us because we felt like our business wasn’t wanted. Would give zero stars if possible, attitude needs lots of fixing. 0/10 would recommend.

we had quick and easy experience getting a last minute truck for in town rental. good rates and convenient location. the parking lot is not very good though.

Literally awful. Theres no pavement for the trucks to be parked on, its all gravel or grass and because of this we ended up on the side of 495 with a blown tire. Took over 2 hours for anyone to come help us and then there was no acknowledgement during billing (of course) its worth it to just drive to the northampton one if you absolutely have to use UHaul.

Parks trucks on gravel. This clearly isn't good for the tires when ours literally blew out on the highway. Very fly-by-night feeling. Not an official Uhaul facility, it's like a authorized retailer or something. Go to Northampton, full facility down there.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Just drive to Northampton. They park their trucks on gravel which should've been the first warning sign but we ignored it and rented one anyway. This led us to being stuck on 495N for over TWO HOURS while traffic sped by us when one of the tires blew and UHaul made us wait for someone to come change it. Thank god nothing happened. The whole place is sketch and then they still charged us $300+ to take it to Lawrence and back. No one even cared what happened to us and they didn't even acknowledge it on the receipt in general. Basically F*** UHaul as a whole and this place specifically.

I went to them about a week ago for a cargo van, and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the van was in great condition as well. Would go back for moving services again!

Sarah was amazing! the booking was done incorrectly and she made sure we had everything we needed. This business went above and beyond! I Highly recommend them.
