EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had my passport stolen, walked in, and they walked me through the entire application process. Seamless. My passport arrived 2 weeks later without issue. I've always loved this post office above all..... never a line, always excellent small town service!!!!

I am only in Hadley a day or two a week; but I will make sure to save any mailings for when I'm in Hadley. The service is quick and efficient. Even if there is a line, it moves quickly. The friendly staff is always helpful.
