This review was initially one-star, in reference to the completely worthless automated phone tree that provided no option to speak with a human even after 3 failed attempts at answering my question. I am raising the review to three stars after a recent visit in person. My phone had stopped connecting to cords, and was old enough (iPhone 12) that I figured it was time to replace it. I had to wait an annoyingly long time to speak to anyone, close to an hour, and was 5 minutes from giving up and walking out when someone finally became available. However, the staff member then proceeded to save me a lot of money by talking me out of buying a whole new phone and just cleaning out my phone's lightning port, which now works fine. I will 100% be back to the Hadley Verizon store when I need another phone, and that one staff member deserves most of the credit for that.
This rating is specifically for your phone tree. I just had one 10-second question about whether the store in Hadley had a case that would fit my new phone. After 3 go-rounds of the automated tree, I gave up and am going to buy it at Target instead. Good job losing yourself a sale because you can’t be bothered to have a live person answer your goddamn phone.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE OR ANY VERIZON SERVICE. Verizon is the company from hell. It is the height of incompetence and disfunction. They cheat, they lie, they scam you; everything about them is awful.

Outstanding Service & Atmosphere
I switched to Verizon after a month of no service with Mint Mobile, and the team at the Hadley store made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Despite my phone throwing one issue after another at them, they patiently worked through everything with kindness and determination.
Jordan was especially helpful, and the store manager led with genuine care—not just for me, but for everyone who walked in. I watched them go above and beyond, even offering water and checking in with an elderly customer multiple times. It was truly heartwarming.
The vibe in the store is fun, friendly, and well-run. Every staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, kind, and upbeat. After a disappointing experience at the Northampton location, I wasn't sure I'd stick with Verizon—but this store completely changed my mind.
Even though I live closer to another Verizon, I’ll always come back to Hadley. They’ve earned my loyalty with their outstanding service and genuinely great people.

The experience I had at this store was the absolute worst and I work in costumer service. The manager LITERALLY treated me like a second class citizen. I wanted to pick up a SIM card and my father forgot to add my name to the account and the manager refused to give it to me. Rightful so my father was upset because he had spoken to a representative beforehand and they had told him that a SIM card could be picked up anywhere. So my father wanted to call the store and the manager denied to give me the store number claiming that it was all the same, funny since on google your store phone is significantly different from the costumer service phone number. Instead my father calls the costumer service phone number and he explains the situation to the representative and she sticks up for me she demands to speak to this, frankly racists disrespect manager, I apologize I didn’t bother memorizing his name because man was this experience horrendous I never want to step foot in another verizon. Anyways, as I hand the phone to him he has the audacity to roll his eyes! The representative explains to him how to do his job essentially and he tells her that he has to keep inventory of the SIM cards and to be honest I don’t know how verizon works, but that reason made no sense to me it’s not like the SIM card is untraceable. Regardless the amazing representative goes out of her way to assist me and saves the day. I personally would switch companies because if they allow people like this manager work to here it says a lot about their company. Moral of the story if you are a POC don’t come to this store.

I stopped in yesterday to solve a sim card problem and get a new screen protector. Ray and Jordan quickly and efficiently (and cheerfully) solved both problems. Great service.

Not a great verizon store. Pushy salespeople who talk over you and are not the most competent. I will be taking my business to two other verizon stores.

Tyler C at Hadley Verizon store offered me the best, most thoughtful service in all the years I have been a Verizon customer. He is patient and an expert at the same time. He is an outstanding credit to himself and Verizon.

All the staff member with whom I have encountered have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16. Jordon was very thorough in explaining the options available to me.
On a followup visit after I had discovered that the transfer of data, apps and photos from my iPhone 8 was incomplete I worked with Justin to the address the issue. He was very helpful and reassuring that it could be accomplished and completed that process along with facial recognition and a six digit security code. I highly recommend the experts at the Hadley Verizon venue. Amiable service people with great expertise.

Long story short.
Went in to this location to get my partner a phone and add her to my plan. The sales rep told me they would take care of everything and showed me how little my bill would change.
Hundreds of dollars later and after scheduling phone calls with Verizon days in advance my bill is much higher then promised.
I do not know if they are trained to lie to you or it was just many honest mistakes. Save yourself the drive and just do it all online.

Blair, Gary and Jorge were excellent guides in purchasing new phones.
As new employee Jorge was very patient in answering , Gary filled in with additional information, and manager Blair’s intelligence and sense of humor made everything go smoothly.
