People in store are helpful. To call and get service, forget it. You can't get through to a person to help. Some locations say the store is open but you get there and it is closed. Maybe staffing issue?

Had to send a friend to that store because their phone couldn’t connect to a different network due to a carrier lock. The rep at the store probably wasn’t aware of what a carrier lock even was. They came back with some nonsense phrase about “internal antenna” being the issue. An internal antenna and a carrier lock have literally nothing to do with each other. They literally sound like startrek making up science words. Actual children work here who want to avoid a 10 minute call during the slow season in january to help a customer. Buyer beware.

I’d leave zero stars but I can’t, traded in phone during promo and the manager screwed my trade in up and now I’m stuck paying extra months later that they screwed up on. Don’t go here Verizon doesn’t care about you or the customer they just want your money.

Awesome! There were a few people ahead of me. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. The wait was reasonable, given the traffic. The service was outstanding. Thank you, Collier

As a young person, I’m used to a lack of respect when dealing with customer service. However, I never felt anything but respected in this store. I never got his name, but the first man to approach me showed he had a respect for my time and wanted to help. He had a southern accent and was very welcoming to everyone that came in. Once it was my turn, I was assisted by Matt. He was nothing but helpful and understanding of my issue. He talked to me with kindness and respect and was very easy to talk to. The staff were all super friendly, not just to the customers, but also were friendly with each other and seemed to be having a good time together; it was just, overall, a nice environment to be in. Thank you to Matt and all other employees in this store.

Not to happy with Verizon now. I decided to put my wife on my plan. It was the 55 and over plan and we. Received our first bill, wow it was doubled and a half. We called and the customer service said oh they would fix the problem with the bill and it be the amount that the customer service said it would be in the store. So we will wait and see if the amount on the corrected bill will be. Hopefully it will.

I’m a reasonable person. Very reasonable in fact. Sold and promised the best in Verizon Business and left to figure out ALL the details and problems that arose on my own.From setting up extra lines to billing errors and so much more. After spending close to 10 hours on the phone with customer support, sometimes close to tears for the frustration of it all, and then visiting the store and being promised an in person meeting….which never happened.No follow up.Nothing.I think there are a lot of issues.I’m so very disappointed and sad that we had to experience all of this.The service (phone and Wi-Fi ) is as it is with other carriers. They are all similar.How you deal with challenges is what builds a brand and a reputation. Anyone can sell. Being there when there is a problem is what fosters trust and respect, as there will always be problems.I think a company is only as good as the way they deal with problems. Verizon Business failed miserably.

I went to another Verizon store and they accessed my account and showed me what I could get for my 6 year old phone and were willing to give me my upgrade, but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock at the time. I went to this store instead since they more phone options in stock, and they wouldn't look at my account to even show me which offers I had since I wasn't an authorized account. They were still very polite which I appreciated, but I don't understand why one store could look at my account, show me the different offers/phones online I had, and offer to sell me the phone at a future date while another won't even look at my account.

Absolutely useless and a waste of my time. I went in looking for help to return a wifi router and left with absolutely nothing accomplished. Dan the manager asked for my email then yelled at me for trying to give it to him, wouldn’t give me any information on how I could get a new return label, and refused to accept the return. Other customers in the store were also refused help for simple issues. Once I manage to get this router returned I will be closing my verizon account and not working with verizon again

I was unable to cancel wifi subscription in store and they were unhelpful and had an attitude. I will not be returning.

Had an issue with an old Verizon phone I acquired and wanted to use. The staff member Mason was super friendly and solved my problem quickly. Incredible experience, highly recommend!
