Do not go there. Vision buyers beware. Terrible after sale service. Had problem with fitting and glasses fell off and were lost. Active glasses (Nike) that couldn’t take active wear. Sales clerk was rude, defensive and unhelpful. Unable to offer any realistic helpful solution /like replace broken pair at cost. So easy, so dumb.

I wads taken care of right away. Ian, the technician was very pleasant and helpful. The woman who fitted me for my glasses was also very helpful and managed to get me everything I wanted for my lenses while staying within my budget. Very happy.

I called asking for Scott the manager they said he's on vacation, so they past it to an acting manager I told him my situation and he tells me in rude twice u supposed to listen to the customer first and then responded and take acting, I'm a manager for 20 years and that's not the way to treat a customer that's been there 4 years, I would FIRE this guy
