I bought an expensive pair of beats head phones and with in a year they unfortunately broke. But not to worry so I thought they have a 1 year apple care warranty. Turns out Walmart had sold me a used pair of headphones with a voided warranty. I than went in to customer service, receipt and original packaging in hand and the customer service lady would not even hear what I had to say. Told me it’s been more than 90 days nothing they can do. After asking to speak to a manager she had told me to “get the hell out, your holding up the line”

There was merchandise all over the place. It looked like a tornado had blown through.

This Walmart should get all the support from corporate it can, the staff was friendly and helpful plus they made conversation which made both the conversation exchanges to be pleasant.

Frequent stop for UMass students. They are out of stock during busy times eg. start of semester. For new students, this is a strip mall in a really car-dependent town, I don’t suggest taking the bus here. Go with a car or Uber if necessary.

Not ONE checkout line open store wide. Yet there were many associates watching over the self checkout area. The excuse given was that people were at lunch. Doesn't management know how to stagger lunch times? Really? What about elderly customers? Mom's with kids? Where's my paycheck?

Best place to get everyday household items, and common electronics, basic household goods, toys, kids stuff at fair prices.

Typical mid-scale walmart experience. It's definitely better than Chicopee or Springfield but often an interesting visit due to all the college kids.

I visited Walmart for the first time, and I was amazed by the variety—it has everything from pins to boats, all under one roof. You can find almost anything there. However, I did find the prices to be a bit higher compared to other stores.

To start, most of the employees who have been there for years are helpful and nice. But since WalMart went woke, the DEI hires who run the stores have got to be the most arrogant and entitled people I have ever met. Over the years they have had some decent managers, but not anymore. Looking for an English speaking employee…. Ya, that might be hard to find. I wish ICE would make a quick pass through this store. Disgusting service is the norm. What’s funny is the Walmarts in New Hampshire are great, and that is why I will be driving the extra miles to go there.
