“I made an impulse buy on a very hot second-hand car that turned out to have issues. When it turned out to haver been a mistake on my part, Joel Casser of Volvo Cars Plymouth identified a more practical used vehicle and unwound the first purchase without hesitation or fuss. They were great. Joel Casser had the second car, a dual motor XC40 Recharge which already had two new tires, fitted with two more new cars and had a thorough inspection done. The inspection noted some vibration in the front end while accelerating. He had both front end axles replaced. There was no charge for any of this or for the new wiper blades. The car drove noticeably better and a future maintenance issue avoided. I did not have to make any requests. Joel was terrific to deal with - positive, focused on making the car right, and he was forthright and communicative. If I ever buy another car (unlikely as I am about to be 83) I will only buy from Joel and Volvo Cars Plymouth.”
“I want to express my gratitude to “Jay” at Columbia Auto in Bridgewater, MA. I had just left DD drive thru and my driver side window fell into the door. I immediately drove across the street to Columbia Auto and met with Jay. I also had rust developing on my 2006 Cadillac rear quarter panel. I mentioned to Jay that I was also getting moisture on the inside windshield and my drivers side mirror was binding when adjusting it. Jay immediately without any hesitation says “No worries, we will fix all of this” I was given a very very reasonable estimate and he said he would work on it that same day. Columbia Auto did a fantastic job on the rust repair, replacing the door seals, fixing side mirror and the driver side window assembly.

“I can not express enough how this Volvo svc center is so involved and looking out for the customers best interest. From the very 1st time I went to them for maintenance svc, they treat and communicate with you like they really care and you are a human, not a dollar sign. They didn't recharge me for an oil change or air filters that I had done elsewhere, they only charged me for what I did need to be done. I highly recommend going to this Volvo instead of any others, the prices are very reasonable and the customer svc is top notch.
