Oh my god, I went here for acrylics, black and green ombré. I asked for long stiletto and ended up getting short almond shaped nails. It was rushed and felt sloppy. The UNCLEANLINESS of this place was horrifying. From dipping half my finger in the dipping powder to wiping a dry brush that was used on my hand being wiped on her shirt and put back to USING A VERY CLEARLY USED NAIL FILE ON MY NAILS ?. I was in shock. Ends up being 150 for my acrylics and my moms medi/pedi. 0 stars if I could, Never Again!

I was sat with a lady who started filing down my gel polish very rough and burned one of my fingers with the sander. With the sander she also broke off one of my natural nails at the base and didn't inform me. This was very upsetting as I take really good care of my nails and like to keep my length. I got switched to a second lady who filed my nails down shorter than I would have liked. They aren't even a week old but are already peeling due to the bad sealing around the edges. Very upsetting paying 40$ for a gel manicure to get my nail broken and burned and for them to be peeling less than a week later! Go elsewhere please! I wanted to try this place as it is very close to my house, but will gladly be driving the 30 mins to star nails in Pembroke instead.

I haven't been here in years and decided to give it another shot after I saw the salon was recently remodeled. Went in for a gel manicure with French tips + design. The salon closes at 7pm and I arrived at 5:53pm. I showed the reference photo before even sitting down to see if what I wanted would be achievable. I felt like the workers were annoyed with me the entire time (either for when I showed up BW what I wanted for a manicure) and seemed a bit unfriendly. My original designer handed me off to what I assume to be the owner when it came time for the design, which I was fine with. Im not sure if my expectations were off, but my original designer left my nails at different lengths and kept saying that I shouldn't let them get too long next time? They let me know it would be more expensive for a design on all my nails, which I understand. However, when they rang me out, the total was $65. I feel like I was severely overcharged, as their gel manicure is $30 with designs being $3+. I was too embarrassed to question it. I paid for with card, and asked if there was an option to add on a tip. I was told no and to just go to the ATM across the street. Not like I was planning on leaving without tipping, but it rubbed me the wrong way and I felt forced to. It has been less than a week since I went in and the gel is already peeling and chipping off. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but the overall experience has left me feeling very disappointed. I will definitely stick with my usual salon.

I will never go back again. For the amount of money $40 for a pedicure, I’m 100% disappointed in how it came out. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was in good lighting how bad it was. My nails are all shapes and sharp, polish al over my toes and some nails aren’t even colored completely. I’m sad to say my almost 4 year old grandson could have done a much better job. VERY dissatisfied and unhappy with my visit!!Service: Pedicure

The owner at Princess Nails has been replacing the nails on my thumb and pointer finger of my right hand due to darkness underneath. I questioned her a few times on it and she said no they are fine they are fine.
This morning I went to a different salon and I had to have all of my nails removed because of fungus. They did not charge me to do this at the salon I went to and I will be going back there on Friday for them to check to see how they were doing. I am putting pictures in so you can see how awful they are and I thank God I didn’t lose any of my nails. Do not go to this nail salon. They do not have a conscience. And they are definitely overpriced!

This was my second time at the salon and Tina did an amazing job on my pedicure! We had a lot of laughs today and she saved me from choosing and awful color. I thought yellow would be cute on my toes and summery but she did one nail and it looked awful with my skin tone so I appreciated her honesty. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Yes it’s a bit more pricey than other places but they do a beautiful job and the place is beautiful, to me it’s worth it and I didn’t leave with cuts or scrapes like at other places. Thank you Tina!?

I asked how long for a basic pedicure and the owner said I can take you now. She sits me down and puts my feet in the water. In the meantime another customer walks in and the owner proceeds to do her nails and toe nails while I'm sitting there soaking my feet........50 minutes later I walk out of there with a very mediocre pedicure. Very poor customer service. They won't see me again- too many other salons around !
