Outstanding customer service from product inquiry through delivery and service. I was looking for an Orec Snow Rhino zero turn ride on snow plow. Bill and Joe were always helpful by phone and delivery by Lenny was terrific. He demoed all the features and I was up and running easily. Lenny is really knowledgeable re: everything machine related.. He even gave me great advice on seasonal storage tips. I wholeheartedly recommend this business for sales, service, and delivery! They even custom fabricated a poly blade for my uneven concrete and asphalt surfaces.

As they say, you don't choose a tractor, you choose a tractor dealership, and in this case, Morgan is the right choice. (And they happen to be a Mahindra dealer, which is an excellent machine.) The communication and service is tremendous - highly recommended.

I just went in to find a part for my weed wacker head and by the time I had the parts to fix it, Rich said why don't you just by the head itself.....BAZIGA they put it on for me right then. I do drool a lot when I walk through the store,,,I want all the machines (-:
PS I bought my Mahindra tractor here about 9 months ago and love it. They taught me how to use it when it was dropped off. Works great 3>

Ventured to Morgan for a new mower- have bought several here through the years and have always been very happy. Decided- based on an earlier phone call- to dive into the cordless electric waters.
Bill was fantastic in showing what models were available, explaining all the bells and whistles, answering my uncountable questions and even helping me load my new Makita into the back of my car…all with a smile.
Once home and batteries charged (batteries charge super quick), it took me a couple YouTube videos to understand the sequence of levers and buttons to push to get it to turn on but once I got her going, she's amazing! Quiet, cuts & mulches great, easy to handle, doesn't get bogged down with the taller or thicker grass (first cut of the season).
Got through the back and a side, didn't even go through the top try of battery power . Didn't have to use the self-propelled much- really just on the inclines. I'm sold! No oil changes or gas to fill up. Very happy with making the switch!
Thanks for always being a constant in quality and a special thanks to Bill for going above and beyond in patience and service!

I went in to buy a drive belt for my antique John Deere. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars here over the years on parts for projects. Never again. The parts guy was so rude, and disrespectful I almost said something to him while I was there. Not only did he not want to help me, but rather than any kind of greeting, all I got after waiting there a minute was "yeah?" As soon as I started telling him what I needed he interrupted me and started suggesting I go somewhere else. I had to ask him to please check if he had the belt before I left... Once he found the part and needed to order it, he talked me out of buying it, even though I was completely ready to pay for the shipping. I like supporting local business, but how about supporting local customers! I will never be back, and it really is a shame.
