The BEST bank ever!! I originally started my account over 40 years ago when it was Mutual Federal Savings Bank , they are now North Easton Savings and nothing has changed. The service is still great and the staff amazing. It is like family there and my entire family banks here. I recommend this bank to all my friends. You can't go wrong. Thank you Deb and Kristen for making banking so easy.

I am ready to move out my money. The changes to online banking are terrible. The should let you put in negative stars.

If negative stars were an option, I'd choose -5!Nothing more than an account number needed to withdraw money from your or anyone else's account. No ID was ever asked for, not impressed knowing that this is how all my hard earned money is protected.

Since they changed the name I can't get on my online account...ive called several times and was told I can use the same account info as before. Not happening! I've called several times and I've been on hold for several minutes listening to music....not happy at this point...

WHAT KIND OF DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A BANK IS THIS? I have NEVER heard of a bank being THIS underhanded. They call their BULLCRUD excuse for Overdraft Protection "over draft privilege" and don't fully explain that it charges you 35$ PER TRANSACTION, and shows you an INCORRECT BALANCE so you don't even notice being negative. Why the hell would ANYONE agree to pay 35$ on top of going into the negative on their account? Then, to make sure that the account wont go negative further, One would think they could freeze the account or place a hold until the customer is able to pay off the balance. Nope, They said they could not freeze the account. Really? every other bank in the world can freeze a negative account except you?
