I've been going to RG for a few years but wanted to give him a review today because of how great he was to my family this morning. My wife's tire blew out a mile from his shop taking our daughter to daycare. I called him and he immediately drove down to her to help her himself and ensure everything was safe to get back on the road, and is now working on our new tires for us. Great shop and great ownership, couldn't recommend enough.

I had a problem with a notification about tire pressure in Halifax. I pulled over and, after calling my husband, realized I was right next to RG Automotive. I walked over and they were incredibly helpful! Pressure was checked and air was put in my tires. I made an appointment for this morning to fix the monitoring issue. My husband and I just moved here in August and didn’t have any idea about where to bring our cars for repairs, so we are so happy to have had an issue right in front of RG Automotive! They could not have been nicer and more helpful. I am very confident that we now have a great automobile repair shop to bring both of our cars to!!

Professional staff , showed me all options in purchasing tires in what was best for my car , safety and price. Every time I go in staff have been helpful and very nice.

Place is nice, people are really nice, especially Alicia! Prices seem a bit steep (at least for us). $176 to replace a cabin and engine air filter, oil change was a decent price at $74.

More than pleased with my experience at RG Auto! Rich diagnosed my truck issue within a few hours and had a more than reasonable estimate with a list of recommended things to be fixed but didn’t push to sell me on the whole thing and did what was needed to get me safely on the road again. I will be returning with a list of repairs for them. They are honest, reasonable and have A+ communication and costumer service. Fixed the problem in less than 24 hours and communicated throughout the process. Pricing was more than appropriate. Everyone that works there has an A+ attitude and even though I live 1.5 hours away I'd recommend this place to my neighbors when they feel hopeless about their vehicle.
