“Literally unbelievable quality of service and deals with an amazing mechanic on staff. After I bought a truck from Cam, the check engine light came on. It happens when you buy used cars with 90k miles. I wasn’t upset about it. I took it to a few mechanics around town that wouldn’t even take a look at the problem. I went back to WS Motors to see if they could help me out and Cam got the truck in same day, fixed the problem, and topped off my AC free of charge. He offered a loaner if needed but it was so fast it wasn’t necessary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and recommend their garage for any work they need done. I will use them in the future.

“***I ONLY PUT 5 STARS SO YOU CAN SEE THIS** I was recomended to come here from my stepfather since the owner is his nephew and he would make a great deal for me... Customer servince was great... BUT the car i bought has many problems.. He told me he changed the brakes and tuned the car and fixed whatever needed to sell me my perfect first car i took it to the mechanic he works with and he told me the car is perfect.. NOT A MONTH OF HAVING THIS CAR i get into an accident because the brakes didnt work, i took it to the shop and come to find out that mechanic put one of the "new" brakes incorrectly... Reason why my car couldnt come to a full stop when i needed it.. The shocks of the car were already ruined and I brought my car back after a week of the purchase to let him know there was something wrong with the car and there was a noise but he blew me off saying its nothing... THIS GUY IS A TOTAL LIAR when i got my brakes fixed another mechanic. He told me the brakes were never replaced just one piece to make it look new... The car is working now and i have paid to get my shocks and brakes fixed along with my hood... another issue i have is that he made me sign a 30 day guarentee of the car THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS the law is 90 days guarantee ... He took advantage that i was a new buyer and only 18 that didnt have knowledge of that law... If any parent is looking for a safe first car DONT buy one here!!!.This man MR FIX or Marlito has been avioding me and my familys calls for 2 months now... Like i said UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!”

“My fiance and I went to specialty auto sales in August of this year in pursuit of a safe reliable car for her. We Initially looked at a volvo s60r but due to the year of the vehicle we were unable to secure financing. Bob was more than helpful and suggested a volvo c30r that also had a manual transmision that we were able to get financing on. I asked him about the timing belt because the vehicle had just crested 100k miles and he was more than happy to have his mechanic replace the belt which set my mind at ease. This car was my first vehicle I have ever purchased from a dealer or financed so I did have some concerns from the jump but ended up having a great overall experience. Bob was also able to get us a great interest rate and checked all the boxes we were looking for. He was honest straight forward accommodating and more importantly made us feel comfortable purchasing a volvo from him. He has tons of knowledge on these cars and for anyone looking for a volvo in the future I would highly recommend specialty auto sales. 4000 miles later and we couldn't be more happy with our car and our car buying experience”
