Took it to Boston Express and was told just $1600 and 1 week to fix my car. These guys did an amazing job. “When I was involved in an accident, a friend recommended Kevin at D&R Auto Body. From the start Kevin was truly a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process very simple and handled all of the details with the insurance company and car rental.
The work was done quickly and Kevin communicated throughout the process to keep me updated. I was blown away when I saw my truck all done. D&R did an incredible job of repairing all of the damage and matching the original paint color. I could not be happier and would recommend D&R to anyone!”

“After our car was hit while parked by the curb we had damage to the front of the car, both front tires needed to be replaced, and the power steering was out. David took care of everything for us and dealt with the insurance too!
Even months later we noticed a slight alignment issue, he took care of the issue free of charge in just a matter of days before Christmas.
Both times he provided us with pickup service from the local enterprise car rental and negotiated great rates for the rental. When we picked up our repaired car we were able to leave the rental at the body shop and he had enterprise come pick it up, very convenient!
I highly recommend going to North Shore Auto Body, and they really stand by the work that they do.

“I am so glad a friend recommended this auto body shop to me. Both Steve Sr and Jr are wonderful guys who I feel like genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond for them every time. Highland Ave Auto Body is how customer service used to be, which unfortunately is getting harder and harder to come by these days. I would much rather support this small, family owned business than go to the dealership where I’m going to get all these additional charges and someone trying to sell me services I don’t need. My car was only a couple of years old and I feel like the dealerships encourage you to use them but at the end of the day, there’s really no need and it’s just a waste of money - as someone who has done both at different periods in my life, I can honestly say I can’t see any difference in the professional quality of the work from Highland Ave Auto Body versus the dealership. The quality of the people is noticeably different though! It’s reassuring to me as a female to know that I’m going to people who are honest, decent and down to earth and will not only do the right thing by me but will try to save me money in the process! They do phenomenal work and I was so pleased by the results. I’ve been to them a couple of times and they really do take all the work away from you when it comes to dealing with the insurance company as well. They work with a rental company too who will pick you up / drop you off at their shop, so everything is super easy. Now that I’ve found this place I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll be sure to share with friends and family! Give them a try - you won’t regret it!”
