Started here in Oct 2022 with my new puppy. I saw Dr Fagan at her initial exam, asked when I would see him again. His reply was at her 6 month visit. We were in the office last week for a sick call, met Dr Alex(Andria) and she said she would do the surgery next week. The vet techs are all very friendly and seem capable, but I'm not sure we have met the same vet tech twice. The care is competent, and maybe it takes longer than 4 months to make some sense of connection to the practice. Or maybe I am expecting something that no longer happens, in post COVID health care (human and veterinary).

Though I got a cool reception from reception, all the techs and especially Dr. St. Pierre were amazing. They were informative and really wonderful to my nervous little pup. I switched from another vet clinic that I felt wasn't patient enough with my sensitive little guy.

My dog and I had an great experience yesterday, and for the first time in 4 nights he (and I) slept through the night thank you for your compassion, warm demeanor, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent care. So grateful we found this amazing local vet!

We just met our new vet, Dr. St. Pierre and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so welcoming and the office is immaculate. We went in specifically for a meet and great and it was a wonderful experience for 6mo old Bennington. Looking forward to returning for (planned) visits!!
