“One Stop was my favorite liquor store in college. Went there on my 21st to buy my first alcohol, and continued while I still lived up there. Appreciate the dedication to busting underage kids with fake IDs. I'll visit again soon!”
“Always a good experience here - even when returning a glass carboy bought new yesterday that came out of the factory carton sporting a gouge in the glass (bad juju).”

“This place has very reasonable pricing and good variety. Definitely check it out if you just want some wine or beer to take to your hotel. There's a hug local craft beer section so lots to choose from.”
“This place is my go to. Cheap, helpful and friendly people. Very well stocked and has some specialty items as well. This place closes at 10 on the dot. I have been here right before closing and have been served with a smile swiftly. Keep it up.”

“Nothing better than this awesome shop in our little square of the world. Bruce and Bea will elevate any event or gatheting with their knowledge, hospitality and exceptional taste in procured goods and deliciousness.”
“Amazing wedding cake!
My husband and I chose Henry's Market to supply our wedding cake. We ordered a small, heart shaped cake for cutting, along with a sheet cake for our venue to cut and serve to our guests.
It tasted amazing! We went for the classic white wedding cake with white frosting and everything was beautiful. The cake was moist and sweet and the frosting was incredible.
Henry's staff was great to work with and delivered our wedding cake on time to our venue.
Thank you so much!”
“A & L Liquors has quickly become my go-to spot, and a big reason why is the new owner, Nand. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel genuinely welcome, always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or need a recommendation.
The store itself is well-organized and stocked with a great selection, making it easy to find both everyday favorites and something new to try. Nand clearly takes pride in the shop, and it shows in the clean layout and thoughtful variety of options available.
What really sets A & L Liquors apart, though, is the customer experience. It’s rare to find a place where the owner is so consistently warm and attentive. Nand goes out of his way to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Highly recommend stopping by, you won’t just find what you need, you’ll enjoy the visit too.”

“Good selection of booze. An employee or manager or possibly owner was super helpful in letting me know a particular product was having supply issues, and nobody would have it for at least a month or so. Saved me time from searching with no hope.”
“The sales lady asked how are you today? I said not to good my back just gave out. When she got through ringing in order. She carried it out to my car. I didn’t expect that so thank you so much.”
“I haven't been there in years, but when I shop there it's always pleasant, with a variety of great beers, wine and microbrew. Service is kind and friendly, it's in a great location and easy to find.”
“If you're looking for an impressive variety of beers and spirits, this place has it all! The staff is super knowledgeable and always ready to help pick out something perfect for the occasion. Can't wait to go back!”
“They have it all. Produce, deli, lots of beef, prepared foods of all kinds and lots of bakery selections. Let's not forget a large beer and wine section. Convenient to Route 95 in Danvers. Gotta try it.”
“We enjoyed a great lunch today as Shubie's Marketplace. Marblehead is such a great town. Beautiful and rich in history. During lunch we thought it sad to believe that budget cuts may close our wonderful Abbot Public Library. There are 3,000 mooring in Marblehead and the mooring fee is $7 a foot for the whole season. What a fabulous deal. That must be why there's a 40 year waiting list to get one. What if a $300 per mooring fee on top this bargain were assessed? That' s $300x3,000 moorings = $900,000. Let's look to enhance revenue rather than cutting basic services.”
“Excellent selection, reasonable price, huge store, imported and domestic wine, beer and spirits. I highly recommend it. I recently bought Israeli, Hungarian, German and Georgian (from Caucasus) wines, both high quality for special occasions and cheap wine for every day use. I also bought Ukrainian vodka (not pictured because we finished it quickly, good stuff). See the photos.”

“Meandering store with lots of treasures we can't find in NH. Prices on many items were better. Knowledgeable staff and you'll probably run into a friendly vendor offering tastings.”
“In Missouri. There's a place called uranus. And their are famous for their jokes on their products. Like . The best fudge comes from uranus. I've been playing with the idea with your company brand . Like tge best liquor comes from your Bunghole. Or we let you smell it cork from your Bunghole. Tee-shirt are one of the fun ways to market your business and product. Just saying. Have fun in your business adventures. Lol”
“Im not sure how they will earn the 5th star but their getting close.
Idk who was running the counter on 12/11/24 at 6-7 pm but i thank them for their suggestion the drink i bought is way better than the one I came in to purchase.
Came in for jack daniels honey and left with wild turkey honey, 0 regret.”

“Participated in the Sips and Myths wine tasting. It was amazing! Karen and Kathy were so fun and had so much knowledge of the wine. The wine and pairings were spot on, a great selection. We learned so much about the history of wine (truths and myths!). If you’re looking for a low key, fun, and educational event with all the good food, drinks, and vibes, this is your spot!”
“They’re pretty fast unloading you. There is no overnight parking, but you can park by the drop trailers at the entrance if there’s a spot.... No Idling. Wait till 8:30 to go in because they have their trucks in the docks. There is a Walmart and a Lowe's; you can idle there if you want, but still ask Walmart, you know they change eeveryday. lol!!! It's not a 24-hour Walmart. To get to Merrimack, turn by the McDonald’s that’s on Green Street, then turn right onto Prince Street. Stay far to the left to make that turn; you’ll practically have to be in the oncoming traffic lane, so make sure nothing is coming.”
“This liquor store has a decent selection, but I wish they had more local craft beers. The staff is helpful, but sometimes the checkout line can be a bit long. Overall, it’s a solid spot for your usual favorites.”
“This is hands-down my favorite liquor store in the area—not just because of the great selection and fair prices, but because of the incredibly kind man who works there on Sunday. He’s always welcoming, helpful without being pushy, and genuinely a pleasure to chat with. Whether I’m grabbing a bottle of wine for dinner or picking up something new to try, he always makes the experience feel personal. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy stopping in. Highly recommend!”
“We went there for the Beth Israel lahey Corona virus phase 2 vaccination. The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise. On about February 1, the hospital started sending out notices to its patients between 75 and 85 to sign up. We chose to sign up for Feb 4 to avoid the forecast snow storm and potential start up woes at 1:30. We got there at about 1:15 with plenty of close parking. There was as line of about 10 people for outside prescreening which moved quickly. When we got inside there was a line of about 5 people ahead of us. After a brief wait we were checked in and received our shots. After the shots we were taken to chairs for a 15 minute observation period, during which they booked our second shots. We were back in the car at 2:00. Overall a very pleasant experience.”

“Corkscrew Liquors is doing well under new ownership. They now stay open until 11 PM from Monday to Saturday and close at 10 PM on Sundays. I visit the store for their good prices and friendly staff. They sell a really good sake in a waxed box. The best place in Peabody for beer and wine. Great owner too, very hospitable and friendly.”

“They are friendly and convenient, and there is parking in front. Pretty decent selection of wine and beer. And all the common brands of liquor. Nothing bad to say.”
“Excellent selection. Negative reviews on an early close during the ridiculous covid shutdowns doesn't properly review a business... who knows if there was a personal issue with staff?”
