“I recently went to CVS on 174 Main St Peabody,MA the pharmacist answered (3) phones politely put them on hold, went back to them and said she would be with them as soon as possible. Called over to Walgreens to transfer meds that I already requested be transferred (2) weeks ago, while waiting on hold with Walgreens helped another customer in person with her issue and resolved it, all with a smile. Ina, the pharmacist is an Angel on earth on a late Friday afternoon !”

“Very helpful, friendly workers and it's honestly such a cozy little store! Has many cute trinkets and even a "take one & leave one" book swap in the entry way. Prices are excellent and the shop has an amazing, welcoming atmosphere.”

“All six of our family members get their prescriptions at this pharmacy, and have done so for more than 10 years. Every single one of the staff members in the pharmacy, and out in the store are not only professional and good at what they do, but also kind. I have never had anything but a very positive experience here, ranging from great advice and recommendations from the actual pharmacist, to quick service both inside and at the drive-thru window, to personal service above and beyond such as at my last visit, when a rep offered to help me link all of our family members on one CVS account, showed me exactly how to do it, and then checked back with me. I have been helped here with rush prescriptions, discount coupons for prescriptions, and out front with very friendly and helpful service. We have a CVS closer to us, but I choose this one!”

I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding care I received from the staff, doctor, and nurses at the Emergency Center - LMC Peabody during my time in the emergency room. Their dedication to providing quality healthcare and their compassionate approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.”

“I have used the CVS pharmacy at Maple Street in Danvers for many years because everyone there is so helpful, efficient, pleasant and careful not to make mistakes with my prescriptions. The staff is well-trained giving vaccinations and respectful of the need to provide customer privacy when doing so. They are very prompt in returning messages left on their voicemail. The parking lot is spacious. Though it is not the biggest CVS and does not have a drive-up window, the staff treats customers like family, which is rare today and far more important to me.”

“Allen's is the pharmacy in downtown Manchester by the Sea. Near Dunkin, Bravo Pizza and the commuter rail. They have a little bit of everything - beach stuff, cards, drinks, snacks, medicine and health and beauty stuff, plus toys and all sorts of random stuff. Staff is very nice and they seem to be open more often than not.”

“Arriving on a Monday morning, presumably a slow time, I was finally able to get my first membership card. What's a better way to celebrate than to get a $1.50 hot dog and soda? Even though there were lines everywhere else, I was able to get my order in under 5 minutes. It was juicy and flavorful being 100% beef. Looking forward to making more trips here in the near future.”
“With small children going to the pharmacy is a regular occurrence, the pharmacists that work there know me and are always helpful in answering any questions I may have. The only issues I have ever had there were caused by our health insurance screw ups. They are always willing to call the doctors office to ask about refills and dosages if I think it was different.”

“I never, ever post a review. However, I had to after today! For school I needed to get a flu shot. The lady who rang me in was so sweet. Mainly, I have to note the pharmacist, who I now regret not asking her name. She was so nice, personable, and even referred to me by name more than once during our 2 minute interaction. She told me how many flu shots she had given out during her shift today, making it a new record for her. After her entire day, what struck me was how kind she was and put things into perspective how tirelessly and selflessly these essential workers are; this one in particular displaying kindness in such unconventional times, and unknowingly making my day. Keep up the work, you're making the days of people in such a small way in times when they need it most.”

She actually sat there and rubbed my belly for 45 minutes straight, I have never had better service here before and my tummy ache is gone. She kissed me on the head and sent me on my way. Will definitely be coming back.”

“I first went to your Paradise Road, Swampscott, CVS store, Recently there has been a significant reduction in inventory since the clinic opened at that location. Consequently, I was unable to locate the items I was seeking and had to go to the Canal St., Salem store. My wife, who previously purchased her cosmetics at the Paradise Road store, now has to make the trip to Salem find what she needs. Not good!”
