BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon in July and it died by October. After getting a diagnostic, the Hyundai dealer found a hole in the engine - requiring a brand new engine. This had been known as it was diagnosed with the issue in March by the prior owner. I have been advised by multiple dealerships that an issue like this would have had to have been disclosed at the auction where FC Auto Sales purchased the car. While he claimed to have done all necessary maintenance and repairs, clearly that was either not true or it was done well enough to sell, but not well enough to last.The 1yr Powertrain warranty provided by FC Auto was a scam as it doesn't actually cover the engine repair required. It would cost more than I bought the car for to repair the engine.If someone tells you how great/reliable/trustworthy they are repeatedly, it's a sure sign to run. He definitely does not "cherry pick" cars like he says he does. Also, he deletes poor google reviews, something he shared with me during the purchase.RUN, this guy is a scammer and not worth your hard earned money and time.UPDATE: Despite my efforts to address this through the Better Business Bureau, he refused to respond to follow up inquiries made by the BBB. I stand by my comment, BUYER BEWARE, Scammer Ahead.

I always dreaded buying a new car due to my experiences with car dealerships, this changed when I went to FC Auto sales. Frank and Theresa were truly a pleasure to work with. Got a beautiful vehicle at a great price. I am just sorry I didn't find this place sooner.

My father Mark (who doesn’t have a google account) bought a Jeep Liberty from Frank back in the spring, it had an coolant pressure problem and Frank brought it to a dealer to get it repaired under warranty that Frank gives with each vehicle he sells, long story short, the dealership service department had a massive fire, parts of the Jeep were in the fire, eventually we got the Jeep back at no cost to us for all the work done, Frank took care of us, he’s an old school guy like my dad, Frank had no control over the length of time to get it back due to unforeseen circumstances at the dealership. Frank stood behind the vehicle he sold to us and we are now finally driving it. Thanks Frank! -Jenna and Mark Przybysz

I had an issues with a vehicle that l purchased! The seller was not Frank but an associate of his Bob. As soon as Frank became aware of the issue he agreed to help. It was not the best help but it was better than fighting this case in court. I thank Frank for reaching out and coming to a resolution. My son can now drive his car with the transmission they put in. It was not drivable before. It also has a warranty. Frank is a good man.

After some issues that you could absolutely not foresee they were dealt with in a timely manner and went above and beyond to take care of it. Is not a pushy salesman.
