We used to go to this place more often before they did their remodel. I think they increase their menu prices after their remodeling because they’re trying desperately to justify increasing prices. Nobody asked them to put in 20 televisions on their walls which distract children from conversation in any direction they look.Nobody ask them for a giant, loud jukebox that plays over the 20 televisions that are playing in all directions, preventing family’s from hearing each other while trying to get a meal.Nobody asked for them to shrink there fonts down to seven point, just slightly bigger than the fine print on the back of your credit cards. Also, there are no images in their menu, which makes it hard to understand what you’re ordering because the way they laid out their new menu doesn’t sound very descriptive of a meal, but sounds more like a shopping list for each menu item. I was reading the menu last night with my father and my niece and nephews, who are under the age of 10 and some of the sections we couldn’t figure out what we were going to order because it looks more like an ingredients list that a descriptive meal. The tables come with legs that unscrew at the bottom so you can level them off if one of them is an even, I don’t get how it is that restaurants all have wiggly tables in 2024 still relying on matches for people. We spent something like $60 yesterday, getting a pizza, and a kids, chicken wings, three waters and one soda. that was before tipping.Like there was nothing on the menu that was cheap, and an item that could serve as a hook to lure people in. Nothing that’s been a favorite long time standing item that hasn’t changed or changed in price. I seriously don’t understand where restaurants getting their head that it’s OK to charge 20 something dollars for a plate of spaghetti. If you literally don’t spend the entire morning cooking sauce on a low simmer like my parents and grandparents did when I was growing up in an Italian household, there is no reason to charge $20 for a basic dish of pasta in canned spaghetti sauce. Absolutely no justification for that.Personally, I did not want to go to this restaurant because I’ve seen their prices increase over the last few years since the pandemic and they’re remodeling and I’ve not been a fan. I only went because my father took me and my niece and nephew. We were very content on spending quality time at home cooking dinner together as a small family, but my father wanted to go out and it was his money as he offered to pay for it. Otherwise I would not have gone to dine into this restaurant.

Unfortunately staff were unaware of allergens/intolerances in their food when asked multiple times, and served us food with it. Be aware. Unfortunate because the food looked good.

Pretty busy place on a Friday. But staff was unorganized and overwhelmed. Took too long to get a few slices of pizza and wings. It was great tasting food, but the wait was just exorbitant.

Was waiting for my grinder order and I had a drink at the bar. When I got my bill I was surprised that a jack and coke was 14 dollars. I should have said something but I was in a rush. After I got home I called to talk with Geo and his employee said he was too busy to talk with a customer. I have been going to Geos for years. But after being told he was too busy to talk to me. I will not be coming back. Over priced and un responsive owner.

Bartender service is slow, they are not used to actual Bar service in a city setting only a small town, i.e. terrible, don't ask for mixed drinks, and is therefore super slow with drinks and are wrong 50% of orders. Food at best is a 7.5 and sauce is a 9.5 but help brings down to a 5, there is no management or accountability, and complaints are held by a sorry but Fuck you status, no recourse and the owner does not care. Except for $$$$. Suck it up and the bartender will order for you. do not bring a date here, come here drunk only.

Disappointed customer. I am new to the area as of April. My wife and I were excited as we found a place that could actually make a decent pizza. Last Friday we decided to order sandwiches. I ordered a sausage sub and specifically asked for American Cheese. Simple request, right? Not so much. I got home and guess what, no cheese at all on the sandwich. I immediately called Gio's and the woman who rang me out initially answered the phone. Long story short, she promised me a call back the following day. Guess what, no call back. I called again and was told that Gio ( the owner) would not compensate me for the incorrect sandwich. Instead, I was told if I had driven back down that evening and brought back the food I could get the corrrect sandwich. Really? I am not one to leave reviews often, but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I even mentioned that I was planning a get together in a few weeks at my home with about 30 guests and I was planning on catering through Gio's. Having mentioned this apparently didn't have much of an impression with Gio as he never called me back... again... for the third time. I am sure we would have spent a few hundred dollars on food for the party. Is it worth losing a customer and this order for a $9.00 sandwich? Doesn't make much business sense to me. Sad to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward unless this is rectified . Ticket #32

Not sure what is going on here. Used to order all the time. All of a sudden, they don't deliver on Friday or Saturday anymore. No worries, plenty of good Restuarant's in the area that still deliver. Please stop sending my

Love Gio's, arguably the best Grinders in the area. Seriously, really good. Big, and packed full. I would recommend them any day of the week! Good Pizza too!
