They will lie to your face while adding lines you do not need. A phone line for a "free" watch that won't up your bill is their current scam. You bill does go up....a lot!
I was told we were getting a free watch due to a promo, but it is not free. Our bill will almost double from the changes they made swapping plans around.
They make it sound real good in the store, only for ATT to text me saying my bill is going to double due to the changes.
They bring the watch out with the phone like it is free, or like you asked for it when it really is just an upsell.
We will be retuning the watch, cancelling the extra line they added for a watch...Because who needs a phone line for a watch.
I will never buy from this location again.

It is clear based on FB and other reviews that many people have had this happen to them at your location. So your site must be training people to do this, or it is not taking these reviews seriously and doing something about them. Otherwise it would not have happened to me. I won't be able to give this location another shot.

This shop’s service and help is superior to any other location we have gone to for help. The manager genuinely cares about the clients and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has what they need. We won’t be going anywhere else for our AT&T needs.

Called ahead to get information on what was needed to transfer my phone over to AT&T. Paul was very helpful and let us know what we needed in order to take advantage of the trade in/ adding a new line special deal they were offering. We came in prepared and Paul went to work helping us decide on a new plan and what the best coverage for us would be. Not only is Paul very knowledgeable but he is very friendly and it made the process that much easier. Big thanks to the Hanover location they are all awesome over there. Shoutout to Paul for helping get me a new phone so we are ready for our destination wedding in a few weeks!
