John sold me a car that had a transmission fail three weeks after purchase. Subsequently, he ducked multiple phone calls. When I finally got him on the phone he did nothing to help the situation. This dealership sells lemons. Stay away.

I was new to Hanover and knew i needed new brakes on my Nissan. My buddy recommended Auto Etc and he was 100% correct when he said they were honest, reasonable, upfront and professional. Now i will pass on that same message. Great shop!

Brought my truck here today. John did an amazing job. My truck is a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and was pretty dirty. When I picked my truck up, it looked like it just came out of a showroom. I highly recommend his service. His pricing is excellent. You will be happy with his service

Had an 11 AM appointment scheduled for maintenance. I showed up early and was told to "drive around for a couple hours" because the bays were full. I previously confirmed on the phone that I was going to wait for the service on-site. The only reason I scheduled with this shop was to avoid the cost of the MB dealership in Boston. Instead, I ended up wasting half a day commuting without service.

The only reason I'm even giving 1 star is so I could write the review. In actuality I wouldn't give 1/2 a star...due to the very poor service I've gotten. Well my name is Jinna Bowman Brim, I'm the mother of, Zackary Porter, whom visited your site to order a set of tail lights for a 1984 Nissan truck. He placed the order on mon, aug-1621. Received our order number, was told, " Package shipped on tuesday, August-17-2021. Live chat with auto etc advised that package is expected to arrive by wednesday, Sepeltember-22-2021. Here it is monday, October-11-2021 still no package, no information able to be provided by company and my aon is out of his money and tail lights. I will figure out a way to have a real representative talk to me about this situation. By this time and date ita been 1 month 3 weeks and 3 days and no package nor his money refunded. I'd greatly appreciate someone from this company Auto etc get in touch with us about this matter. Jinna Bowman brim and Zackary Porter.

Place is great. John is honest and fair. He gave my twice the amount the dealership quoted for a trade in, and then gave me a great deal on a Jeep. The Jeep needed the brake pads replaced a month after the sale, and he agreed to do all of the work at cost since it was shortly after the sale of the car. John is a great guy, and has treated me great even after the sale. Highly recommend working with him and his team.

Make sure you count your change. Tried to not give me my correct change and then got an attitude with me when I called him out on his thievery!!

I work right around the corner and come here often to get a snack or a drink. I really enjoy the employees at this station. I stop in here at least once a week and will continue to do so. The place is always clean and well stocked.
