  Changing to 2 stars cause no one ever will answer the phone. I wish there was a way to separate the stars for the people versus the company. People there for the most part were very friendly. They did make me come back four hours later because I didn't have an appointment for a 10 minute transaction so that's why I'm only giving three stars. Don't let them fool you with their "preferred" customer status it means absolutely nothing.

  Manager and every employee here was extremely rude to my wife, and me. She gave us a really nasty attitude, treated me like I'm trash, and would not help us with a simple transaction. Don't go to this location unless you want to me disrespected.
