Showed up at 12:50 on a Saturday and they were already closed even though it said they closed at 1. I’m glad all I do is cash checks because I’d never let a company with children running it handle my money. I’m glad that the banking world is now at the leisure of the immature, and with Chase being such a big bank. Don’t trust people that can’t do their jobs

Bank fee to cash a check drawn on their bank, then they have a limit that they will cash for non customers. Their customer wrote the check to get money from their account and banks find ways of not honoring the check. Great service

Zero Stars! I went to cash a check from a Business that has a Chase account. The teller asked me “Are they Friends of yours?” Apparently I can’t be taken professionally if I come into the Branch wearing a Sundress during the Summer? I found it to be very condescending. I replied that I am doing Business with them. The teller acted very uninterested in either my Business or theirs. Very unprofessional to be so demeaning and cold. Exactly what you’d expect out of a big Bank tho…thanks for nothing! Next time I’ll just have my “friends” do an electronic transfer so I don’t have to feel shamed for trying to cash a check to buy supplies for my “Small Business” Thanks Chase! Maybe teach your tellers some manners!

Today my mother and I saw Greg Gaeta in the private client department on a Friday afternoon, at 4:45 pm. Greg was so kind and informative. He helped us with what we needed. And definitely made our day. If you need a great banker, I definitely recommend Greg!

Does anyone else have an issue with depositing checks. It takes a very long time for checks to cleared. My other banks clear in 24 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter had a treasury check from the state, with her dead fathers name and hers as the executor. Chase Bank stated that she needed the signature of her father. Whom may I reiterate, is dead. Chase stated, we can't help you, cancelled our appt and said Don't bother coming in. Called another bank who told her what she needed to do and how, and said absolutely we can help you with that. Thanks Chase for making a horrible situation (losing a parent) to making it even worse. I will forever NOT recommend this bank, especially the Hanover Branch.
