I had help from David at this branch, he was compassionate and helpful in our situation. He maintained professionalism at all times and corrected a problem my family was helping. If he isn't looking at a promotion right now he should be. He is an asset to that branch and it showed.

There is a long wait everytime I come to the Hanover branch. Seems to be a staffing issue but I can’t tell if it’s on purpose or not. Today 1 teller working. 4 people in line. I waited over 15 minutes to do a withdrawal. I sat on the floor in line.
