Edible Arrangements is an utter disgrace. A bereavement gift, sent with love to comfort us, was never delivered. They lied, claiming it was “undeliverable” despite us being home, with no attempt made—no knock, no call, nothing. They promised to reschedule but ghosted us completely. This isn’t just incompetence; it’s a heartless betrayal of trust during our darkest moment. Is this place even in business, or just a front to take your money? Avoid this shameful company at all costs—they don’t deserve your business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I placed an order for my son and daughter in law and all the tracking said was order received I called twice no answer, left a message, no answer or reply, I called corporate and they said they would escalate the issue to the store, no reply. The next day they cancelled the order, no explanation, no phone call, no email, no text message, NOTHING!! What a waste of space! I would NEVER purchase anything from this location and I hope the owner reads this because you are terrible at running a business.

Terrible experience. I ordered a same day delivery for a surprise for my 5 year old grandson. It was never delivered even though on-line it said it was received for delivery on 5/28. I can't get anyone to answer my calls to find out where the order is and why it wasn't delivered. I have a very disappointed 5 year old due to this experience and as of right now I'm out $124. AWFUL

I ordered and paid for a same day delivery, it is over 24 hours after I placed my order and it has still not been made never mind delivered. I have tried to call multiple times but they do not answer the phone & the website online is just an Ai bot that doesn't help.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Placed an order for same day delivery. It is still in “recieved by the store”. They also don’t know how to answer their phone. I don’t understand how hard it is place fruit on sticks and drive it 10 minutes up the road.

Wish I read the reviews before placing an order. Ended up spoiling my mom’s bday celebration. No one even in the store while it’s supposed to be open and I was able to place an order online.
Why is this store even functioning? Please close down.

Online order was never delivered. No one answers the phone. They did make sure to charge my credit card, though.

They never called Friday (valentines day) when they attempted to deliver i called them multiple times Friday no one ever answered ive called multiple times Monday still no one answers no one called about the failed delivery and no one has called to reschedule the delivery do not order from this store unless you want to be very disappointed for something that was supposed to be a happy surprise for my fiance on valentines day

My husband ordered a delivery to my work place a week early for me and got charged extra also because it's Valentine's day and it was never delivered and when I tracked the order, they said it was attempted to get delivered but they never show up. What a wasted of time and money to spend on this location.

Placed my order a few days ahead of time, anticipating for Valentines Day. Day of delivery, i checked the status all day just to see that nothing has been done. Early evening rolls by, status never changed, so I called and no answer. I called after another hour, same result. 6:30pm rolls by and still status has not been updated and my wife never received anything. I called for a third time and surprise, no answer. I paid extra for the delivery to happen on the 14th and my wife got off work at 7:30pm, still no delivery, and no one answering the phone. I requested and refund and canceled. Never doing business with ANY edible arrangements again. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened.

made an expensive order to be delivered for valentines day. i have been trying to call the store all day with no response. Never received the order. Do not depend on them for any occasion.

The worst experience I have ever had with a place of business of any kind. I ordered an arraignment that was supposed to be delivered to my Fiancés place of work on 2/12/25. Every day since then over the phone (when and if they answer), they promise it will be delivered that day within business hours. It is now 2/15/25, and once again I was promised it would be delivered today, but guess what…. It was not. I have not received a single apology on any day that it has been late. This place of business also does not answer voicemails or online inquiries about orders. They clearly do not care about their customers and I do not recommend using this location to anyone.

I’ve used them once before our birthday girl loved her fruits , cards and balloons from here and delivery was the same day I called.
