I walked into the Frame Center without making an appointment, which they now prefer. There were no other customers there so the man working in the main room took care of me soon after I came in. I made quick decisions about how I wanted the painting framed. He found what I wanted and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. He told me it should be done within 2 weeks. The next day I received an email that it was done. They also sent a picture of the finished product. Looked great. Unfortunately I was out of town when it was finished and I haven't seen it in the flesh yet. But the service, advice and speed were a surprise and a gift.

Was met by an employee who was just entering the business. He took my picture and order and told me that he would have the picture ready in an hour and a half.

I usually pick out my own mats and frames. Today I got stuck. I asked Jade for help and she got exactly what I saw in my mind’s eye! What’s more- she pulled a frame I would never have thought of an$ showed me that the detail elements perfectly matched a pattern in the picture! I am so pleased with her. I have done my framing at the Frame Center for years and always left happy with the finished product.
