I've been coming here for years and have moved across the country and every time I come home I make sure I stop here. They always pay very close attention to detail and I always get compliments on my nails.

Just tried to make an appointment and was told to just come in as they do walk-ins. I explained when I do that it’s usually an hour or more wait so that is why I wanted to make an appointment. I was told “well that’s how walk-in work” and got hung up on. Guess I will make an appointment some place else. Apparently they don’t need to have proper customer service. Places like this need a reality check. If they continue to treat customers like this they will be begging for their phone to ring!!! Nail places are a dime-a-dozen!!!

Stores says open till 7 I walk in at 6:06pm and there people inside doing their nails but employees says that they our closed. Never again

I have gone to Gel Polish Bar a couple of tim a with a friend, but after the costumer service I just received I will never return. I called to see if they had any openings as I had a break in my schedule. The gentleman on the phone said that is not how we make appointments here and hung up on me abruptly. If there were no openings, I wanted to schedule an appointment for another time and I tried to call back and they continue to ignore my phone call. Once again I will not be returning and I’ll stick to my favorite Lux Nails in DuxburyService: Gel manicures

No frills with great pricing.Pros: Got right in with no appointment needed. Took only 30 minutes overall for a gel mani. Plenty of parking. Manicure was what I wanted in color and hasn't chipped in 3 weeks.Cons: No massage, just some cheap lotion rubbed on my arms and hands. Barely any room to move as you sit at a full length counter with other customers on either side. Music was oddly loud.Will be coming back!

Been going here for around 10 years, I am very picky about my acrylics and John does them perfectly! Does them so well that mine last up to a month without loosing any or them breaking.Services: Pedicure
