On Google it says ur open 9-1030 which for 1 is the most ridiculous time I've ever seen & also FALSE advertising since I just drove by & the sign in the window says CLOSED due to staffing shortage, this is also a MAJOR inconvenience for people who live in the area to have 2 go all the way to pembroke.

Had coupon for free trial mvp. I wanted to try out a new place. The person cutting hair was less than friendly and enthusiastic. Got haircut. Done in 10 minutes Didn’t want a shampoo, and didn’t offer the rest. “That’s it!” Sorry I went. I’ll keep looking. I wish people who don’t like cutting hair, or who don’t have the gift would just get out.

Online check-in becomes disabled a full hour before close and their in-store wait screen gets turned off . Nobody waiting for a haircut and refused service when walking-in . These stores are franchises and corporate does not care .

One lady used to cut my hair and she was good but recent one was bad experience.There was another lady and she had some personal issues going on and not greeted even when i say Hi.Used cloth which was on floor covered with someone’s hair and she cut hair in 3-4 mins. Which came out really bad. Not going again to this location.
