“I used to frequent this location heavily back in 2019-2020. But I had dealt with a very rude employee and refused to come back. Today, nearly three years later from my last time going to this location, I returned anxiously expecting another terrible experience at Planet Fitness. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the two employees I dealt with treated me.The young woman was very pleasant and helped me sign into a tanning bed right away. I was waiting for a gentleman to leave the tanning bed before me and I was concerned to ensure my appointment was for that specific bed. The employee reassured me that I was next for the tanning bed and that he personally would attend to any problem I had while using the bed.I finally truly believe that there was no judgment shown at Planet Fitness & I believe those two associates redeemed my opinion permanently of this location. Thank you to you both (I'm unsure of your names) but I appreciate your kindness and great customer service/attitude. It didn't go unnoticed by me.”
