“I bought an Auger Belt for my Ariens 1128 Snowblower since my belt had broken off during the storm of 2026. While I was buying the belt , the Repair Technician came up and noticed that I had picked up the belt, and let me know in precise detail the steps that were needed to replace the belt. Following the directions, I was able to install the belt with ease without experiencing any of the gotchas which he explained that I could meet during the installation. “There is always an employee trying to help me at this location, whether it is on the sales floor or at the self checkout. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I have never had to utilize the customer service desk here, but I assume the staff is as helpful as everyone else. Everything is clearly labeled, priced, and put in a logical and organized fashion. The store is clean and well stocked in most cases. (I have been there before and not gotten rock salt, but that's a rare occasion)”
