Dropped a 12 pack leaving the store because handle broke. Owner let me take another one for free when I went up to purchase another one

The store had what I wanted in stock and the staff are helpful when needed. The only thing I don't like is the 50 cent (or so that the owner must get from the banks) fee you get for using a credit or bank card. Otherwise I think the store is great.
