I live about 3 miles away. Called to have them take my truck for service. Said they aren’t taking new customers because I didn’t buy it there. Guess I won’t be using them for anything including buying future vehicles. Why give my business to someone that can’t help me when I’m in need. Taking my truck down to colonial in Plymouth who didn’t even ask where I purchased it when I called.Edit: I have had work done at Jannell before in the past, both at this dealer and their collision center. They made it clear it was because I didn’t purchase here that they didn’t want to do the service work.

Found what I wanted online, contacted them and set up an appointment. went thier on a Saturday morning, met some people and appointed a great sales person. showed me the the vehicle I wanted plus another, I test drove the one I wanted and BAM, I'll take it. No pressure sale what so ever. Great place and great people. They even slapped 4 Yokahama Tires on it, (they said I'd only get about 8 months of the tires that were on it. Great place, awesome people. and no pressure sale. with great service.

this morning I Made an appointment through the jannell website to service my car , got a phone call this afternoon from them saying they arent taking on any new customers ? Really ? Guess i wont be buying a new f 350 for my business through them ! Im so glad they refused me service , i can only imagine the headaches i wouldve had getting my new truck serviced .Thank you jannell for showing your true colors .

So buying three cars here doesn't sway the already marginal service department here to fix three federally required recalls. The parts department did have the $5 recall part for another car (escape) after the service manager said he couldn't reach Ford to find out about it. Pretty funny. 20 minutes and I was able to take care of that one myself. These guys are clowns . One star is one too many

Great Place to buy and trade your vehicle.Paxton is the Man made me feel comfortable buying my new truck. Also management is well educated with their vehicle knowledge. I hope there service department is just as good.

We recently bought an Explorer. We randomly one day decided to start looking for an SUV and were approached by Harry. From start to finish, this was the most comfortable car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We felt relaxed the entire time and were able to joke with Harry like family. We already don’t have enough good things to say and would recommend Harry to all of our family and friends.

Fantastic buying experience with Jannell Ford. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. Our salesperson was on top of his game with making sure we were taken care of from start to finish. All the employees have pride in their work and do their best to make customers feel like family. Will definitely buy from them again!

I brought my 2013 fusion in for a safety recall and oil change. 8 hours later no recall done because they did not have the parts available after all, could not perform the oil change because the "hood release froze" .When I brought my car in everything was in good working order, then Jannell Ford with a straight face quoted me a price of nearly $ 400.00 to fix. Jannell's technician somehow snapped the hood release cable and they want me to pay for it. I am perplexed how a dealership would have the temerity to attempt to charge me for a repair there own employee caused. Despite emails, attempts to contact are met with silence. Tell me, is this any way to treat a customer????

Robert Sylvia provided an amazing level of customer service from the build of our new Maverick right up until the delivery! He provided up to date information, was friendly and courteous while being extremely professional. Even though we live 60+ miles away Robert is the reason we will return for routine maintenance. Our family have been life long customers of Jannell. Both new & used vehicles. We recently purchased a used vehicle & had an issue arise just before the 60 day warranty rolled up. Service appointment was booked for just after. They honored the warranty and fixed the issue free of charge. Polite, efficient, honest. Thank you. We will continue to be Jannell customers.

We have had nothing but bad luck with the “gently used” Ford F150 we bought from these guys. Within the first few months, my husband had starter issues. It turned out that the battery in the truck was not compatible with the actual wiring of the truck. You would think this would fully vetted before they sold it. It was time and inconvenience for us but more importantly it was a safety issue. He was in traffic and the car wouldn’t start.It is frustrating to buy a car and then have to have it back in the shop within a month!It has been in for an additional irregular issue since then and now, again, AFTER ONLY ONE YEAR OWNING IT, has to go back in for brakes, as they almost failed (took far too long on the highway to actually activate ) and a noise in the front end that my husband can not identify specifically to one issue.Jannell has told us- on a Tuesday- that they can’t take it for a week. It is not driveable… no offer for a dealer car in the meantime. My husband relies on his car for work. If he can’t drive his car for a week until Jannell can take it, and then however many days until they diagnose and fix it, I DO NOT CARE if it’s under warranty- that is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A YEAR.DO. NOT. BUY. FROM THESE GUYS. I haveZERO TRUST IN THEM and think they are charlatans.I wouldn’t even give one star for this.
