Steve, the salesman, clearly explained every step of the process, the timeline, and the many choices and styles available to convert our old tub/shower into a beautiful walk-in shower. We appreciated the no-pressure approach and the thoughtful options, including a foldable bench and grab bars. Even better, the entire project—from removing the old tub to installing the new walk-in shower—was completed in just one day.
Rich, who handled the installation, was absolutely remarkable. He worked with great care, was respectful of our home, and by the end of the day you would never have known a renovation had taken place. Rich and the rest of the installation team were true professionals.
We also received quotes from several other companies, all of which were thousands of dollars higher than the quote from South Shore Dream Bath. The quality of the materials, the craftsmanship, and the outstanding sales and service made this an exceptional value.
