Love shopping at the Hanover Macy’s staff is always so friendly and pleasant. A big shout out to Allison, the store manager. She resolved my issue of my returned items and she did it with a smile! ? Thank

(First off all the fragrances here ARE NOT displayed! Venders should know. They set those up so people can see, use and know their product. Not one tester is on the counter as if they expect theft. Not ok)
This place is awful! I went in wanting to pick up or at least smell the new bad boy elixer. I walked by an employee we said good morning and I walked over to the men's fragrance isle. Then a woman came up and she helped her. (I was ok with this). I waited till the other woman left as she then went to help an employee both there after me. That all just left me thinking I can just order it online I guess? So I did. I then left thinking why didn't I just go to the Kingston store.

Kate at Macy's in Hanover is such a sweet & kind young woman who provided excellent service to me & several customers with returns & purchases. I will definitely shop here again after work because of her!

Need to ask for perfume gift coming for free with your perfume otherwise they won’t give it to you. Otherwise buy it online

This macy's is a bad location they treat people with color bad went in for a sample at Ester lauder the manager well assistant fatima she went to another employee talking bad about me i felt embarrassed but the manager came and gave me a the sample with no problem thank u to her for having a ♥

First, I had to walk the entire first floor, despite my physical issues, to find ONE clerk monitoring the entire women's section. Then, she showed me to the one, very small rack of plus size items that were just a few pants to be told the dresses and nicer wear would have to be ordered and most likely couldn't get here in time for the party I'm going to next week. She was very nice and apologized, but indicated that anything over 14-16 was online only from now on, at least at this store (haven't checked others). Checked online....6 days to get a dress to try on. I have $ to spend, but apparently because I don't have a thyroid I just need to wear a sack or stay home! No more Macy's for me. Going to try ordering 6 dresses from Amazon to get 1 that works again, I guess.

Don't go to this store. They wouldn't let me return a dress shirt because I tried it on once for 15 seconds. They said there was a "fold line" where the pants were tucked in. The whole shirt has been folded for years sitting on the shelf, highly doubt me trying it on for 15 seconds and realizing it was too big did it. They also said cologne was on the shirt. Why would I put cologne on a shirt that was super big on me? Make it make sense. No wonder why Macy's is failing and probably going out of business soon. They've lost all my business going forward.
