I’ve been servicing my Toyota at McGee for years. They’ve consistently provided great service at a fair price and always done to suit my schedule. Yesterday Dottie at McGee was able to have my service done right away even though I was a walk -in customer. Great experience!

Bill was great to work with today. He helped us quickly and easily get the car we wanted. The administrative needs were sorted out just as quickly and easily. I’d recommend Bill and McGee to anyone who needs a car.

Trish and all of McGee was great to work with. She was able to help me get my work done quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time it was being worked on. She even looked out for me with my inspection and was able to squeeze me in to get that renewed. Thanks a bunch, Trish!

Steven was very nice and accommodating. He stayed late to work around our schedule. He listened to our needs and showed us the vehicles that we would be interested based on our past purchases and budget. He’s honest and will give you the best deal he can.

Mark was courteous & got my truck in right away. During the inspection he came out to me in the waiting area to show me if the inspection report. I did okay the other work that needed to be done. About 15 minutes later he came out to tell me that my truck was done.I appreciate the help they provided. Thanks, Gary Olson

Paid roughly $300 for a transmission flush service at this dealer a few months back. Recently had an independent mechanic look at my transmission fluid only for him to tell me no one has ever serviced the fluid which looked black and was clearly old fluid. Plus rust still on all of the transmission pan bolts. Do yourself a favor and never go to this scummy dealer for any sort of preventative maintenance service they are legitimate crooks and liars. Ill be sure to never allow anyone i know to shop for cars or get any sort of services done at this garbage dealership. Will be filing a BBB complaint as well.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The initial visit was fine, I found a 2014 subaru crosstrek I liked, went through the paperwork to get it and they even said they would get it registered for me. I was informed it would take approximately a week for it to be ready. Contacted them through Danny Wood a week after to get a confirmation of when I could pick up my car. No response. I tried again multiple times a few days later. After multiple calls on the same day, I was finally informed at the end of the day that it would probably be another 2 days. This after being told it would only be a week. Come 2 days, I hear nothing from them. I wait two more days, then message Danny Wood I would be by the end of day to pick up my car that I had already put a down payment for. I was told it would be plated and ready by the time I came to pick it up. I was not walked to my car and I was only checked on while I was inspecting the car, looking for the registration stickers. I was told I would have to get the stickers through the DMV. The whole point of waiting this long was so that I wouldn't have to go to the DMV. They did later come in the mail from Mcgee Toyota of Hanover, but had not been priory notified that they would be coming. I had been trying to figure out when in my busy schedule I would be going to the DMV to get the stickers that should have been already taken care of.Now come to find out at inspection, the rear light for the plate is out and will cost me extra to have fixed in order to pass inspection.Needless to say, I will never be coming back to this dealership ever again and have told my friends and family the same.

Lousy experience at McGee Toyota. They participate in the TrueCar program which brings more customers to the dealership in exchange for providing customers with no haggle pricing up-front. McGee then refused to honor the no haggle price they quoted and tried to charge more.

Not a good experience, test drove a SUV, was making final decisions for financing or paying cash and the sales person literally sold the car as I stood in the parking lot. If you like, shady, unethical business practices, this is the place for you.

the service dept, are deceiving. I refused a brake light replacement and they broke the bulb off in it's socket and sent me on my way.

In a tough market with a lot of shady players, it's nice to know you can count on McGee's to get a fair deal on a Toyota. My salesman, Angel Vicente, was straight up with me the whole time. I'm so happy with my truck and the service I got at McGee's.I put a deposit on a Tacoma like a week before it arrived. Angel told me they're only charging MSRP, and I ended up paying the price we'd agreed on from day one. This is the way it should be. And now I got this beauty.

The sales process on April 1, 2023 was very smooth. Everyone was very responsive. Danny and Jim were great during the sale process. I was planning to pick up the car the week of April 3rd. However, the problems started after all the documents were signed and I paid for the car in full on April 1, 2023. What were the problems?1. There was some issue with the title, so I could not pick up the car on April 3. Specifically, title had wrong mileage. On April 13 I received a text from Danny that the title was released “yesterday”. On April 17, I received another text from Danny stating that the title was in. On April 20, I received a text that the car was finally registered.2. I spoke to Danny and indicated that I would like to adjust all documents to indicate that I am taking a possession of the car when I am actually taking a possession of the car and not pay for my warranty for one month when I don’t even have the car in my possession. He assured me that it’s no problem, and it will all be done. Nothing was done. When I was picking up the car, he did not mention anything about the revised documents and sent me to deal with it myself with Jim. I would really love for Danny to actually keep his word and act on the promises he have made to me or not promise things he can’t take care of.2. On April 24, I texted Danny and indicated that I will be picking car up at noon. He said they will get the car cleaned. I escaped my office in between the calls and arrived at 1 pm to find out that the car was getting an inspection sticker. The car was in dealership possession since April 20 and I indicated I would be picking it up at noon. There should be plenty of time to get the inspection sticker. Why would they start working on it after I was supposed to be picking it up? That made no sense. I had to spend 50 mins at the dealership waiting.3. At 1:50 PM or so I was finally given the keys to pick up the car. However, I was told that they just now, due to extremely delayed inspection, realized that they need to replace one of the seat belts. They said they don’t have it in stock but they should have the part tomorrow. This means that I need to drive 40 mins to the dealership again, wait for one hour, and then drive back.I found the above issues totally unacceptable and preventable. They really took away from a joyful occasion of buying my son his first car, which I was finally able to bring home today, more than 3 weeks after signing all the paperwork and paying 100% of the car cost. Jim was able to give me one month of warranty for free, which I am grateful for. But my experience certainly was not 5 stars.
