She recognized Herbie from coming to the house a few weeks before when he delivered a power recliner.I was happy to see such a caring young man interacting with my Mom. He made sure to show my father (several times) how the bed functions. Herbie never got impatient or frustrated. He was very calm explaining everything.I can't say enough how impressed I am with Herbie!?”

“My wife, Lyn, was hospitalized for several days and was released needing to wear oxygen 24/7. Lincare, located locally in Hingham , MA, was recommended by Lyn,s Patient Advocate, and their truck was at our home before Lyn arrived home from the hospital.
The amount of professionalism and courtesy that they showed her was exemplary. Kevin, set up the compressor in our master bedroom and made sure there was sufficient tubing for Lyn to be able to reach our bathroom at the other end of the house. Kevin gave Lyn and my daughter thorough instructions on how to use the equipment. He also left her 2 Oxygen tanks should there be a power outage, showing her how to work those as well. He was extremely thorough and was very happy to answer any questions Lyn had.
Carol, who works in the office at Lincare, Hingham, made arrangements for all of the nebulizer ampules of prescribed medication to be mailed to Lyn overnight , and also took care of their coverage with Medicare. Carol handled all the paperwork that was necessary, effortlessly.
As I had left for Florida earlier, I was very anxious about Lyn being properly cared for. Lincare made me feel at ease.
In addition , Carol made sure Lyn had the proper portable FAA approved oxygen equipment, along with the correct batteries the airlines required. This was no easy task. Carol’s tactful persistence rules!
Both of us are extremely grateful to Lincare, Kevin and Carol, as well as for their nebulizer equipment and pharmacy for their attentive and thorough care. This Hingham office is pleasant , informative, responsible, and a total pleasure to have in our corner.
