First time bringing my car to Mercedes-Benz of Hanover. It was a very positive experience. The servicing and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. My service representative Enio was warm and professional, explaining things in a clear and non-rushed way. I felt I was in good hands with him and the rest of the team. Good to find and an honest and reliable place to service my car.

It was my first time since I adopted my Mercedes. The previous owner swore by this place. I had to get new tires..not a big deal and not hard to do. I dropped it off on Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Friday afternoon. I want to pick it up on Saturday. They couldn’t find my sales person and I sat there for 20 to 30 minutes while they tried to track him down and they couldn’t find the paperwork for my car, he was finally found and I was told that somehow they didn’t put the tires on my car. It hadn’t been worked on and there was no explanation for it. I was promised my car would be ready by Monday afternoon so I could pick it up. I didn’t get any text or any updates about what was going on I called multiple times and was told it was still being worked on. I never got a callback from my sales person after I left messages and then talked to multiple people the next day trying to figure out what happened, telling them how unhappy I was and I had to borrow multiple cars because they didn’t have a loaner for me. They felt really no remorse or wanted to give me any type of compensation for my troubles. I find it sad that a multi million dollar company cannot help accommodate a customer whose car was somehow forgotten about. I left a message for that service Director haven’t heard back, emailed people nothing called people. Nothing. Even got a text today asking me if I had any questions about my service and when I text back asking to talk to them… No phone call so don’t pretend to care about service and customers. They replied to this post but still haven’t talked to anyone.

Ladies Beware!They say if you have a trustworthy mechanic & dentist you are winning in life.I have a 2019 GLA 250 w 40k miles. I use the dealership for my maintenance services.9/14/2023 I brought my (perfectly running, no issues) car in for a B service maintenance. Upon completion I was told everything was in the green (no issues) except my brakes would need to be replaced in mid-end of Oct with an estimate of $1376.27.1 and 1/2 weeks after my maintenance service my dashboard suddenly began to glitch, (different lights randomly going on and off). I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. The dashboard glitching was but random but didn't affect how the car drove. They didn’t have a loaner and would not have one for several weeks so I dropped the car off a week later.The evening after dropping the car off, I was called and told that that the CP cluster needed replacement and with labor it would be $438, I approved that. I was also told that I should replace the battery, I asked the cost and was told everything total would be around $800.I picked up my car and got a bill for $1373.41. I was shocked, I asked for an explanation of all charges and the gentleman (I used that term loosely).He said that certain things were not on my copy of the bill bc there are different systems " ExR ASR and CDK". I really stopped listening after that. But it was when he went over the cost of labor to replace the battery was when my blood boiled $867.73 just for battery replacement $320 of that being labor. I asked, $320 to replace a battery? I was told that some batteries are under the seat or herd to get to..really a 250 GLA it's not a Maybach, or S class or C class even.I definitely feel taken advantage of and lost confidence in Mercedes Natick.By the way, the battery is directly under the hood of the car. I also never received the normal text or email to review the service.

Communication is poor at best with service. I dropped of my vehicle a week ago from tomorrow to be a week i still there and after not hearing from anyone for a few fays I decided to check-in. The service advisor no answers my text i called answered and said they have to take the panel aside and the seats to see what's wrong with the the convertible still anybody told me anything... I even called twice today to the general manager he never returned my call .. how much longer car have to be there just to be fixed

Had the A service which was perfect.Drove up for my appointment, the car was taken in right away, and done within the hour. The waiting lobby was clean and quiet. I would totally recommend this dealership for service! I didn’t buy my car there, so I can’t comment on sales. Yet, as I looked around, the receptionist was very friendly.

My experience was horrible!!I have bought several cars in my lifetime and never imagined a car dealership would treat a customer the way they treated me. Very nice at first then a completely different attitude. From issues not allowing me to put a down payment down, then charging me for a credit inquiry which was never disclosed until after I filled it out. I told them I would be back the next day with balance and they would not allow me to do so. This forced me into getting a loan through them if I wanted the car. Then to spend hours trying to cancel an extended warranty with very little help from Finance Dept. Sales Manager has a voicemail full and would never return my phone calls. Spent 1.5 ours waiting for my inspection sticker. Knowing how upset I was they would not even provide me with a free oil change coupon.

Oddly non-communicative service dept. Car kept four days for one-day job. No one answers phone in Service, voicemail box full, no reply to emails. Have loaner, but no idea of when to return it. Bizarre.

I had the Platinum detail experience. The car looks like it’s brand new. I would’ve given them five stars but the windshield inside was completely streaked and very hard to see through. Other than that I would’ve given them five stars.

They will not honor repairs quoted on your warranty. Smoke and mirrors. Will call to offer a discount... a discount? The part I needed was clearly a part covered by warranty and they wanted over $2000 to repair but would give me a 10% coupon. What a joke! I would expect better from a company like this.Contacted MB USA over the issue spent over an hour in the phone with a guy who couldnt comprehend anything when I had the warranty in hand and the page it was stated on...page #42 of the warranty. He acted somewhat helpful but also wasn't able to contact the dealer? Strange. The dealer was to contact me in 48 hours... they did and offered the 10% off coupon again... it's clearly listed as covered! Unreal!And the other customers are right they never ever have a loaner. Don't believe anything they tell you during the sale of your vehicle. Totally disappointing

Excellent service. My service manager kept me informed of progess and of an unexpected issue identified by the technician which kept me up to date on my inspection sticker. My appointment time was perfectly kept and the service on my vehicle left me feeling very confident. A few issues were adressed that have me feeling I will continue to utilize Mercedes-Benz of Hanover!

I’m not really sure where these negative reviews are coming from but it can’t be this shop they’re talking about. I came to purchase a car on a very tight budget and ended up investing more than expected but I was happy to because of the sales team. The sales team here is like no other, regardless of the industry. I went to 3 car dealerships (two being Mercedes) before ending up here and committing. They are genuine people who care about their clients, their well being, and helping them out no matter how much work it might take on their end. Kye leads a strong team, Mr. Essor was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the car I purchased and about Mercedes and its history. Even the finance department was wonderful, they worked really late when I came in for my purchase and I could not be more grateful. I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership, Mercedes of Hanover is the definition of quality people, products, and service. Thank you so much for everything.

Dealing with MB of Hanover has been the worst experience. My vehicle was in the shop for an oil change, side view mirror glass replacement, leaking windshield washer fluid reservoir and a second key. After not having any communication from the dealership for several days I stopped in to try and get some answers. Now it’s over two weeks and the work still wasn’t completed so I told them I’ll just trade that vehicle in for a newer one but the salesman that they assigned to me talked me out of purchasing a newer vehicle(I don’t understand that). The service department eventually said that the repairs were completed, only for me to get the car back home and watch all the washer fluid run out. After over two weeks of having my vehicle at there facility and charging 1100 dollars the car still needs repair. I don’t recommend patronizing Mercedes Benz of Hanover.

Let me start of my review by saying my salesman was Fantastic. However, I showed up to the dealership on a car I saw advertised on cargurus for $103,000, the same car at the dealer was listed for $105,000. I did not ask for any discounts, other than buying the car for the $103,000 listed price, and I did. With taxes I ended up spending close to $110,000. Less than 500 miles of driving my tire light came on and I pulled into herb chambers Mercedes which was much closer to me, only to be told that on a $110,000 certified pro owned Mercedes S63, Mercedes Benz of Hanover sold me a car with mismatched tires, rear tires are s collapsed which explains why I get a humming noise when I drive, in addition tire jack that’s missing from the car, the alignment on the vehicle is off… and all of this leaves me wondering what else was missed during the certification process. The real issue started after I contacted the dealer, Sales manager returns my call and claims the reason tires are not changed is because it was sold at a discounted price, now remember, I showed them the cargurus listing at 103k and paid that amount, then he went on to tell me the dealership will most likely NOT correct the problem. All this tells me one thing, this dealership is a scam, from their advertised prices that change when you get to the showroom, to them being kind until you sign papers and they take your money, then suddenly they claim the did you a favor discounting the car, and don’t take a single responsibility for missing multiple steps during the certification, then they tell you they will most likely not take care of the problem.Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership. They will scam you like they scammed me. They were only good until they took $110,000 of my money then I was. I longer important as a client. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This is not the end of it. Next it will be escalated to Mercedes Benz of America, and if it is not corrected they will hear from my lawyer!Sent from my iPhone

Enzo was excellent!! So efficient and listened to my issue. Explaination followed!! Went out of his way by telling me I needed inspection sticker and asked if I wanted it done. I totally forgot about it. When car done he came out to car to review a couple of re set buttons. Fabulous employee. Extremely knowledgeable of Mercedes. Lucky to have him. So was I. Thank you
