I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.

They are getting more expensive than the pricier retailers and they dont even honor the prices that are on their signs, poor customer service skills at this location as well.

Every time I walk in this place, I want to turn around and leave. On my school breaks, I spend a good amount of time in the vicinity of this mall due to the Trader Joe's in the same complex (which you should visit, by the way -- it's small but has phenomenal staff and delicious food!). However, I don't tend to go into the mall very often because it's just so sad and empty inside. It used to be doing okay back in the early 2000s when it wasn't mostly vacant. I actually won a mall gift card through a little Earth Day contest they used to run. I remember being thrilled, because back then, there were actually stores to spend said gift card at. Not so much anymore. A club that I was part of in high school used to have a charity "walkathon" here every year. I'm not sure why. I think the mall allowed us to roam around in the name of charity in the hopes that we'd patronize the stores and bring some sort of economic activity to this dying establishment. If you actually want to shop, please do yourself a favor and hop back on Route 3, then head north (for Derby St or the Plaza) or south (for Colony Place). Don't go here unless you want to go to Trader Joe's. In fact, please only come here for the Trader Joe's, and maybe the Walmart. Just avoid the mall interior entirely.

This mall is losing stores qt a alarming rate. I heard the mall is closing eventually. Which makes sense because a lot of mall staples have already left Macy's, Old Navy, and Bath & Body Works are still here. I don't have high hopes for the Hanover Crossing that is supposedly replacing the mall. Massachusetts keeps losing malls and I don't see that stopping. MA lost Swansea and the Atrium.

I really enjoy going to the Hanover Mall. A great place to walk around and small enough to walk around the whole mall. At the center of the mall, there is plenty of seating and mosaics on the floor. The mosaics on the floor are educational by showing different flower types with the names of the flowers. Also, in the center of the mall, there are educational designs of birds at each corner with the names of the birds. I love the center of the mall. So relaxing to take a break from walking around and shopping. A lot of stores are closed up. Not that busy here at the mall. One of the busiest stores in the Hanover Mall is Walmart. I feel pretty comfortable comfortable coming to this mall. There are police and security officers on duty all the time, making sure all are safe. (Which is a great thing!)! I also love going to the arcade in this mall. I think it's called the Big Top arcade. I go to that arcade pretty often, and is family friendly and pretty cheap! This mall is kid friendly. There are a couple different play areas for kids to play. One area is the children's museum and the other is a smaller play area for kids to play (which is free!)! The play area for kids is next to the security office, making sure the kids are safe and all is going well. The Hanover Mall will be closing sometime in the future. And there are plans to build a huge shopping area just like Derby Street in Weymouth!! Along with an apartment complex behind the development soon to be built. Overall, I love the Hanover Mall and how the atmosphere is! Always a go to place to get out of the house and get some exercise!
