Bought a used 2023 Crosstrek in December.Battery started losing starting power in March.Called to have new battery installed and complete charging system checked.When I picked it up there was no charge ! Thanks to Wes for a smooth experience.

Recently came to Planet Subaru to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a complicated electrical problem. All the folks in the service department are amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to make the repair process as painless as possible. And this is just how they operate... we've trusted Planet with our Subarus for years, and I cannot recommend them enough.

In for minor maintenance, no point getting a loaner, so I waited in the lounge. Service rep estimated 90 minutes, and he was spot on.

Love Planet Subaru! Between myself and my children we have 6 cars from this dealership. They are not pushy with sales and the service is very good and efficient. I just had my first service appointment on my new 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was having mud flaps and an automatic start installed. That's when I was introduced to Andy in the Service Department. The bar had been set high, as I had such a positive experience with Justin in the Sales Department when I bought my Forester. I couldn't imagine being so fortunate to have an equally positive experience in their Service Department. Andy did not disappoint. He handled the details of my service appointment from beginning to end, including a loaner vehicle. The level of customer service was exemplary. I felt like I was their only customer and my vehicle was their main priority. Planet Subaru has an amazing Service Department, thanks in part to dedicated employees like Andy. They are the best!
