“The owner nicest guy In the world !!! There site says they close at 930 pm but it’s actually 9pm winter hours but I came right at close apparently but he still came out and filled my propane bottle I use it for a heater when working thru the night as a mobile auto technician and I would when been frozen even tho I refilled it today at uhaul in Abington they didn’t bleed out the air in the Tank so even tho I filled it today it was empty three hours later which it usually last 8 hrs but because of the air it did not but the owner filled it himself and bled the air out for me thanks again great store with great prices !!”
“After reading all the negative reviews, I have to agree to disagree. Never have we had an issue with this company, if anything they have gone above and beyond what was required of them with assisting my family over the years. The other big conglomerate company we had (not going to mention) was lackadaisical and much more. Dealing with public comes with challenges and I know first hand that people are too quick to pass blame/judgement with lack of their own responsibility and their perception of the truth.”
“Great experience here. It’s easy to pick up and drop off the truck. The employees are very helpful. Bryan was awesome in helping me take care of a small issue when I went to return my truck. “We are so happy with Pilgrim Propane! They are always very professional and accommodating even with the crazy snow accumulations this past winter. They even contact us before a holiday to check if we anticipate needing a fill so we won't have plans disrupted! Highly recommend them! We now have gas available to us which we didn't when we built but would not change, they are that good!”
