I've been chasing Jim from Redman Construction for a few weeks for a proposal and still haven't gotten a response. I haven't even hired them yet and they're completely unresponsive. I can only imagine how difficult it would it be to get them to actually do the work. I give up. Going elsewhere.

I needed my retainer wall either replaced or repaired, Redmond came out to look at it. I was told they would get back to me with a price. I never heard back from them.

My husband and I received a quote from Redman Construction, for a side door installation and outer house trim replacement, which we agreed upon. When the work was completed, we were sent a bill that was 61% above the quote cost. We were never approached or contacted by Redman that the man hours or cost of supplies were being increased. We were frankly shocked when we received the bill. We were quoted a cost of $7,975.00 and we were billed $13,208.07. This, in my opinion was a deception in the cost quote and price gouging in the final billing statement. My husband and I will never use this company again. The final work was mediocre. The door replaced, is difficult to lock and squeaks when closing. I feel cheated.

We used Redman Construction for a large renovation/addition project last year. We had a great experience and are extremely satisfied with the results. Joe and Jim were very hands on during the entirety of the project and were easily accessible by phone or in person for any questions we had. All the employees at Redman were professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to put our architect’s plans into place seamlessly, adding suggestions for improving utility along the way. Our construction started just prior to the pandemic. Redman always made sure that we were comfortable with the working conditions and they were able to complete a large project during difficult real world conditions. Even after the project was complete, Joe has made time to answer any questions about the work that I have sent to him. I would highly recommend Redman for your construction projects.

Redman Construction did an Amazing job on a few project we had done on our house. We renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, re-sided the front of our house, replaced front windows and doors and added a large deck to the back. Everything was done perfect and the crew was great, especially the head carpenters James and Kris. Great company!!! Highly recommended!!!

I called to get quote for a sill that needed to be replace in my house and a contractor Jim came to look at the job and told me that I would get a quote in my email in a few days. It's been over 2 weeks and still can get an answer. Very horrible customer service.
