I agree with the last person about run fast paced unprofessional customer service. I was on the phone with AT&T customer service, and we did a three-way call and phoned in the Hanover location. The guy didn't really speak great English. He talked over the customer service person on the phone who was trying to help me and was so rude. I called around 7:30, and it was as if he knew that we were in the right and talked over us. They are all about just trying to make a deal, probably because they work off commission. I was told nothing would change with my phone bill and my first bill I was charged $80 more for 2 $35 payments of activation fees that nobody mentioned and they also failed to mention that because my watch has a new line that I'd be paying an additional $10 a month. Had anyone told me that I wouldn't bother upgrading to the watch because it's not that big of a deal to me. However, because I was told nothing would change with my bill, I thought sure why not. I proceeded and foolish of me, but more on the store for being dishonest and just trying to make a sale. I have been with AT&T for multiple years, and I'm strongly disappointed!!

As a 20+ year customer, I. usually get great service from these guys, always positive, always very helpful. Unfortunately as of late, been greeted (if you want to call it that) by an arrogant, rude, impatient, fast-talking jerk. After one recent visit, I couldn't help but wonder if he would have treated me that way if my husband had been with me- doubt it. Very aggressive individual - beware. You will know him if you encounter him.

On the fence about this location. 1&2 of the employees( I will add their names later) seemed pretty engaging and willing to go the Xtra mile to solve problems. The 3rd (I will add his name later) seemed to get obviously frustrated and made smart remarks when aiming to solve problems. Even, talking-down-to and attempting to reprimand or correct a co-worker in front of me.Overall, I will return, preferably, being served by guys 1&2.

Go to a different location. Cust svc told me one thing on the phone, got to this location, and staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Went into another location and had a great experience. This is the 2nd time I have received poor cust svc at this location.*Also, I have been a customer since 2001, and T-Mobile does not value that at all. I've been looking at other providers. There are zero benefits to being a long-time customer here.

After being a loyal tmobile customer for the last decade I came into this store twice in the past week and experienced poor customer service. The employees were just sitting around on their phones the first time and couldn't help me troubleshoot the problem for me. They barely even looked up at the customers as they walked in. The second time was busier but all of the employees could have cared less and acted like I was burdening them by being there.I walked out and drove across to at&t and switched providers. My cell service has never been this good. In places where my calls would drop or I couldn't send texts with tmobile, suddenly I have cell service everywhere!

Good staff. Fast service. Ready to work with. Friendly. Set my new phone for me quickly. I used to be Sprint, so T-MOBILE is new to me but seems to have kept all the quality I had with Sprint. Happy to see that.

Went there yesterday asking a rep to sell me a sim card due to the fact that I was an existing member of TMobile already wouldn't sell me a sim card was extremely rude said it was against policy even though it isn't a policy to not sell someone a sim card I was on the phone with a rep from new York city that was going to activate my new number the guy tells me I have to become an authorized user on the account which I did so instead of activating my new account the guy adds another line into our existing lines and makes it internet only line it seems they're running some sort of scam in this store or something cause as soon as I left the store they blocked my number I called the store from a different number and it rung I asked to speak to a manager the manager just shrugs everything I told him off and essentially doesn't care or give any care about what his employees are doing to their customers will be calling corporate into this cause it seems like this store has a history of scamming people.

Great shop with knowledgeable staff that will take care of your mobile / home internet needs even when you're crunched for time. The staff is efficient with prioritizing their customers time and gets you in and out pretty quick.

Buying a new phone is already a stressful experience. We had an unfortunate loss in our family which complicates things even more. We have visited this store multiple times in the past and have always had a positive experience. However, when visiting the store today both employees who had “helped” us were extremely rude. Instead of showing us a little bit of kindness, they were condescending and spoke to us like we are stupid. I strongly recommend going to a different store.
