Every time I go to this store I immediately regret it. Messiest place I have ever seen! Every thing is on the floor. One register is open and no one to ask for help. NEVER going back!

I went in yesterday to buy one item. As I walked thru the store, I actually thought it had been robbed or parents had let young kids run amuck! Departments right near the entrance were absolutely destroyed!! Went to cosmetics for the item I wanted.... not only did they not have it, most of the displays for ALL items were at least a third empty, often more. I was leaving and decided to buy a candy bar to soothe my soul. Waited for self-check. Wanted to pay cash for $1.99 item. The machine ate $1, and wouldn't take another. Someone came to help. She couldn't make it work. She was nice but upset because there was already one self-check out of order. She sent me to another line, where I was able to complete my purchase. It took forever for the machine to give me back my one penny change, but I wasn't leaving it for Target!!! A brief glance at decorative objects shows the store is trendy, but I don't think I'm going back as other reviews seem to agree that this mess is the norm, not an isolated experience. Crazy. Walmart may not be as trendy, but shelves are typically full!

What happened to this store! It used to be so fun to shop here and I always came out with unexpected finds. Now they do not even have the most basic items. Clothes are simply dumped on the floor in the middle of departments and 50% of the endcaps are empty. Won't shop there again.

I was all set with my list of items I needed to shop for, about 30 different things. I was so surprised when I went the Hanover store and many, many shelves were empty and also a mess. It looked like Covid all over again. I thought with Back to School coming they would be well stocked. I ended up leaving with only a quarter of the things I needed and had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing...

I would like to start off by mentioning i also work in a similar store and am personally familiar with closing times in a retail setting.the employee Ambers (Im pretty sure that's what his nametag said) was extremely inappropriate and rude tonight. I had completed my intended shopping and the lines at the registers were very long. (They were closing in 5 min and had 2 self checkout registers open).., anyways i wanted to look at the swimsuits while i waited for the line to shorten. This man gave me s 10 min, five min warning personally. When i was still looking at things at 8:57 ( they close at 9) he said no you need to stop shopping. Meanwhile there are still about 10 shoppers in line to checkout. I didnt intend to delay there closing. I just didn't want to wait directly in line. I understand everyone wants to go home but he was a total dick.

Called tech department at 6:55 pm on Sunday June 4th. Asked the guy on the other end if I can use an apple gift card to buy apple products in the tech department. He gave me the rudest most condescending response "Um you can only use apple gift cards at apple stores.." what an asshole. I can't fathom being that rude to a customer at work.

I just do not understand why this Target is ALWAYS a mess. I thought maybe it was because it was Christmas, but there is always so much stuff in the aisle waiting to be put away by the employees. It's a large Target so it doesn't make sense they would have this problem. It's frustrating when you go to look for kids shoes and they are not hung up or put away but on a huge cart in the middle of the shoe department.

Erin!!! Omg .. one of the best people I've ever ran across not only was she so sweet she was kind helpful and I wish there was a lot more target employees just like her!!!! I hope this reaches a manager a boss I'll see your corporate. This girl needs a promotion.

Store was a mess stuff everywhere. Half of the items are in carts and you have to dig in it to find the item you want. Staff are not helpful and don't even know where half the stuff is.

Used to be our go to spot to shop.... Now we avoid it at all costs. I know it's not entirely the employees fault, but the store is a complete mess to the point that aisles have become dead ends because there's unopened stock everywhere. I can guarantee this store is not making nearly the amount of money they should with the piles of apparel you need to dig through and the stock sitting unopened on carts. A word to corporate.... Don't do a full store renovation during a pandemic when you are already short staffed. If you really deem it that necessary then get to the local stores and help them out. Target Hanover has lost its touch that's for sure. Also... the past few times I've done a pick up or even in store shopping a bag is always forgotten and I constantly have to go back for it. Major inconvenience that has happened way too many times!!

Absolutely a madhouse. Is it always this busy on a Saturday morning? Or is it because it happens to be the day before Easter and all the last minute shoppers are getting their Cadbury Eggs? I'll stick with shopping at Target online instead.

Tim in the customer service department is FABULOUS. He is so friendly and went above and beyond to reserve an item for me that was sold out online. He is a wonderful addition to the team at Target. Will definitely be back!

Employee in the electronics section is one of the rudest people I've met in a while. Asked for help with a tracfone and he claimed he had no idea what it was or when a phone tech would be back. Never going here for any electronic needs ever again. Girl at the customer service desk was very helpful and kind though. Which saved some stars for this review.
