“Let me just start off by saying this was one of the more professional experiences I’ve had with mechanics in recent years.
The stereotype of dealerships in mechanics, taking advantage of people’s naivety and ignorance of the automobile world is certainly very true and abundant. I brought my car to a dealership and it was diagnosed with a bad transmission no explanation. I was just told the transmission had to be fixed.
I won’t go into the details, but Rick provided me with a lot more insight to what exactly was happening with my car and gave me a few options. On top of it, Rick quoted me a timeline that Was faster than the dealership, but also came in about three grand cheaper.
Rick not only fix my car sooner than expected, but he stayed in touch with me the entire time letting me know exactly what he found and what was going on with my car. Even my paranoia surrounding my vehicle, he was able to calm And Not get annoyed with my series of questions.

“It's seems that there's nothing they can't fix, l only bring my cars to Affsa Auto. Most recently they repaired my Panoramic moon roof that wouldn't close, it needed a new motor and modular. They had to carefully pull down the headliner to be able to get to the parts, everything put back like factory new, no fingerprints or stains on the liner, came out perfect! It was a very labor intensive job done right ✅️”
“Every interaction I had with them from start to finish was pleasant, understanding and informative. Each person was very helpful and they were flexible with the intake process as we had to take some time to make the decision of how to proceed. “TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm posting a second review under my partner's profile to express how incredible N&R's service is. I brought my car in for a massive repair; not only was it done within a couple of days, Kevin took the time to explain to me exactly what parts are needed, why, how the labor would work, and the pricing. I never had any question of what he was doing to my car.
As it turned out, my car quickly became something close to catastrophic, unbeknownst to Kevin when he took the car in. Kevin called me and explained this to me very thoroughly, was apologetic, and very kind to me. Kevin also knocked off about a fourth of the price for the fact that my car, while drive-able, is in the last stages of his life. I am a relatively recent college graduate, struggling like everyone else; he can't know what that meant to me.
Kevin, as always, thank you for the great care you and your team take when you're working on my car. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be a customer for as long as they're open. It wouldn't matter if I moved countries - I would still come back to N&R Automotive.”

“I had my car towed to Dave’s Transmission, it would not move into gear not knowing what to expect. I got it back the same day fixed and driving like new again . Transmission work can usually cost anywhere up to around a couple of thousand dollars especially the way auto repair cost now . My bill was under $400. Complete .
