Not only was I given a truck with a lock that doesn't work, when I called to ask them what to do I was told to come get a new lock. Which I have no issue with, when I asked if I would he charged for the miles to come all the way back I was told "well why wouldn't you take a different vehicle here?".... Which I don't have. I ubbered to pick the truck up in the first place. The young lady on the phone was beyond rude, unprofessional and immature.
